Great service and well prepared food. We had a large group of soccer kids+parents in a Sat afternoon, and the waitress handle everything flawlessly. The pizza itself was perfect (order extra crispy!), and my older daughter had a delicious rolatini pasta with very tasty/buttery garlic bread.There were many types of pizza in our tables, but my favorite was the Vegetarian w/ Italian Sausage added on gluten free crust. I took some home, and the crust was still crunchy after a couple of hours. We'll definitely be back!
First pizza my daughter has gotten to enjoy in a year since we discovered her gluten sensitivity! She was so happy! Poppa Rollos really came through! I had a meat lovers pizza and it was outstanding! The gluten-free pizza only comes in 10” (medium size) which is plenty for an individual! I highly recommend this place! Makes me wish I lived in this part of the state. I will definitely come here when I come this way again!
My fiancé & I frequent this location pretty regularly, but 3 out of the last 4 times we went in to eat, we had ridiculous service. We always go when it’s NOT busy, and our party consists of the two of us and sometimes my son goes us too. We had a rude waitress who got snippy with us about TABC rules when we asked a simple question about a pitcher of beer, she waited on every one around us constantly, but kept walking by our table, then didn’t bring out a salad one of us ordered, and when we asked about it, she said the salad person had already left for the night. The last 2 times we had ridiculous wait times to even get our drink orders taken when tables around us were waited on constantly while we just sat there. After we finally got our drinks, we sat there and waited another good 20 minutes while 2-3 different waitresses passed us by. This evening there were a couple teenage looking boys joking around with each other, and were on their cell phones more than working. When one person in our party went to the restroom while we were waiting on our check, they passed by our waitress sitting at a table staring at her hand instead of waiting on her tables. A couple that came in there after us got their food a lot quicker and also got their check and left well before we did. Not sure what is going on there, but we won’t be back to this location for quite awhile if ever again.
The pizza was not good at all. No flavor in the sauce. Service was not great. Watched 3 of the wait staff stand around and talk while I waited for someone to help me with a to go order. Bartender finally helped me after making someone's drink, while the three waitstaff watched ( Useless). Pizza is way overpriced as well. I will not be going back there. Worst experience ever.
Our #1 go-to place. We patronize 2 or 3 times weekly. We alternate between pizza and nachos with spaghetti and wings. The food is always excellent along with the service/staff (Andreotti, Cameron, Ed and many others). We have been going since we attended Baylor in the 70’s. This such a unique place and has really attentive wait staff. Plus, the pizza us yummy!!
Called ahead to reserve table, was told by a very sharp manager that they did not take same day reservations. Was very discourteous and unprofessional. Could have communicated the trouble with my large party in so many other ways. Showed up at restaurant and basically ignored. Took my group of 15 down the sidewalk to summer palace where the service and accommodations were excellent.

Always great and wonderful staff
I hate having to leave a bad review for a place that I loved in the past. But in the past year or so the pizza from here has just really gone downhill.We always order extra cheese on top of the pizza, which is almost never added on. They used to pile toppings on, that doesn't happen most of the time either...which makes the extra cheese moot to begin with.A few months ago we received a Rollo's Special pizza that had very few ingredients on top. It looked like a $5 pizza from a large chain. Maybe they ran out of ingredients since it was later at night. Unfortunately it was too late for us to go back and return it.The pizza we ordered today also didn't have the extra cheese on top and it was definitely not loaded with toppings.Disappointment compared to the pizzas we originally used to receive, we'll be avoiding this location in the future.
