yeah no, never coming back to this place. i had to go in there TWICE in order for them to get my order right. not to mention the zero work and effort they put in to get it right the first time. i don’t expect anything out of this place because then again it is popeyes. i expect some effort. because it’s a job and everyone deserves respect.
Chicken is gross, employees are ghetto and rude to customers. They are lazy. who in the heck even likes Popeyes at this point? There is better chicken in town with better customer service.
The cashier is a great guy... Not sure what his name is/was but I was a little short on money and he helped me out more than he even knows. God bless you sir, I'll be back for sure!The place is really clean also.
Arrived at a little after 7pm on a Sunday night. Restaurant was very clean and cashier was pleasant. Cashier had trouble hearing ND getting order correct had to go through multiple times. Food came out quick. Chicken tasted great was hot and fresh. Cajun fries tasted like they had been made at noon that day. My son really liked the Mac and cheese.
Popeyes on Valley Mills Dr. Has literally the friendliest staff. They are helpful beyond measure and seem so very eager to please the customer! This store location was extremely neat and tidy. The food was cooked to perfection and I very easily without hesitation give them 5 out of 5 stars! Keep up the great work, it all begins with you!With Care and Respect,Cheryl Smeltser
Ordered Door dash 2 twice from there and realized, that when it's delivered they do everything they can to be lazy and screw you. Ordered $100. For a party mash potatoes none had any gravy the chicken everyone said had no flavor and not one napkin or any other condiments
I purchased a family meal deal for $23.99. I added 4 extra biscuits & a medium Fanta & the total was $33.49. My drink was 3/4 full & when I made it home ( China Springs) I discovered no tenders or extra biscuits! I had a family size red beans & rice that came in an 8oz styrofoam cup! No bang for my buck at this establishment. I tried to call them only to get a “this number can not be dialed at this time!” Terrible! Disappointing! Just plain dishonorable!
Our Food was fresh and delicious ? Family Box ten pieces with two sides four biscuits $10-$15. I added two peppers and drink ????❤
didn’t have any sides then only had 1 choice of meat to choose from! worse experience EVER!
Tried to order here 30 minutes before closing and was told basically they are out of everything! Shutting down the grill 30 minutes early will only have you lose a lot of business/sales. If this is done everyday I can only imagine how much money this place has loss…now I understand why jack n box drive thru was full and Popeyes was empty. Do better!
