EDIT: bumped up to 3 stars from 1 because the store owner replied and I did get my refund from corporate. I appreciate it when companies try to make things right with their customers.Me and apparently several other people ordered online just to find out that the store was closed. Trying to find out how to get a refund currently.I understand that it's likely closed due to the winter storm, but it's unacceptable to take money while closed.Definitely a failure on either the store's end for not reporting that they're closed, or corporate for not updating the website or having a process for sudden closures.
We called ahead by 20 minutes for a to go order. When I got there I was told it would just be another minute or two before our order was ready. I waited another 15 minutes and finally another employee asked if I was waiting for an order. Told her yes and she looked into it. Said they had messed up our our and remade it and it would be ready soon. I asked what had gotten messed up and she said they forgot to make one of the pizzas. Another 10 minutes goes by and I finally get my two pizzas. Get them home and one was barely done and the other was almost burned and had a hair on it. Think I will stick to Dominos or Marcos that are almost next door from now on.
1 star only because 0 isn't an option. Placed an order online tonight just to show up to a closed store with a bunch of angry customers outside. What kind of management doesn't set up the store to show closed? Now I'm out of my money and dinner during this random freeze.
I would like to see consistency in their service and how their pizza is made each time.
Amanda and Mallary were great. Mallary made sure order was right and Amanda made sure I was happy with my order. Great teamwork

The food was prepared fast,fresh,and hot. It took less than 20 minutes. ?
Pizza was not cooked all the way and order was missing my soda.
I normally have great service here, but today I received raw cinnamon rolls. My husband had to throw them in the oven. I don’t know why they thought they were done and threw the icing on top.
Have the manager to be more respectful. I will never order from this place again.
