Tonight ordered pizza for a get together and after over 2 hours the order finally came but not the whole order 1 pizza and 1 drink. And when we called to tell the store they were rude and Manger Raven was so rude and ghetto and said no refund will b given. Then hung up on us. I was so mad and embarrassed no food for my company. Luckily Papa Johns came through. I will Not ever order from Pizza Hut again!!!!!!
Placed an order at 7pm.said it was done at 7:20 ...get there for contactless curbside and bearly get the order at 8:00 pm after getting off to get the order ...What's the point in having curbside if you aren't gonna bring it out After calling gentle man said it took a while to prepare the order then turned around and said even though it was ready at 7:20 it would still be fresh bcz they keep it in the warmer.....So which one was it ...it took long or you just forgot ..
I like my Waco Pizza hut. They do a great job! Love the order on line and pickup. Very easy.
I was not informed that door dash delivers the orders and it sat out side my house for 30 min...when they arrived no one notified me or knocked or anything so my food was cold when I received it
I ordered a pizza for delivery from the 8th Street Pizza Hut at 6:11 pm on 01/03/22 and I never received it. I called one time at 7:35 pm and was told it would be delivered between 8:05 and 8:35. Nothing came. It didn’t even show that anything was on the way on the pizza tracker. I called again and was put on a phone with a manager that asked if I got my pizza. I told her no and she put me on hold. Then a worker from the Baylor Pizza Hut answered the phone. When I explained the situation, he tried to insinuate that the pizza was delivered at 7:30pm which is not true based on the online wait time and pizza tracker status and call times and me literally having no food. He said he’d give me a full refund since they were closing. It’s sad that the restaurant is not functioning or communicating with each other. This was preventable on their end and they didn’t care about me as a customer. I wouldn’t want another customer to be duped like myself.
So the pizza was what I expected from Pizza Hut n that is not reason for the 3 stars... moving on to the service saying it was slow would be an understatement. We ordered through the app it said 15 mins that was the drive we had to get there we park n with the app said we were there... no one came out to acknowledge us n we waited 10 mins still nothing. So we call person answers says that our order would be ready in a few mins... ok great a few mins turned into another 20mins when we decide to call again... once more we were told it would be ready soon... we waited another 10 mins FINALLY we get our food... the ONLY reason this earned 3 stars and not less is that for making us wait so long they gave us a free 2ltr soda... I would love to say that this establishment was busy at the time but from what we saw it did not seem so... AND this was NOT the first time this has happened... the first time it happened we assumed it was because they were actually busy that time
Ordered personal pan pizza through the app. Said it would be ready in 15 min. Got to the location and it had not even been started. Avoid.
Better communication front restaurant. Pizza arrived very late and left at door by driver without notifying that pizza was delivered. The pizza was cold. Very dissatisfied with the service. I would give a zero star if possible.
Pizzas were fresh and they even contacted in regards to our soda selection being not available. Thank you all.
