Nice place to have a kids party. It usually gets pretty crowded on Saturdays, so we opted to have the party on Sunday. Out guests enjoyed themselves and the birthday girl had a blast. Our host was awesome. The birthday host handles all the ordering of drinks, pizza and bringing out the ice cream when you are ready. They also provide tokens for the kids with the birthday package. Overall.. I would definitely have another party here.
So I’ve never been one to ever write a review and told myself that if I did, then it’d either be a really great experience or a very terrible one. So I grew up all my life looking forward to eating great food and spending quality time with great people. Well, as of today I’ve gotten pretty fed up with the way I’ve been treated every-time and it’s only from one staff member, and according to my receipt his name is Donald and let alone, he is the manager. I asked for a buffet, then was told to go ahead and pay, so I got my Apple Pay out and was hovering it over the screen, then he aggressively said “hold up hold up you need to wait”, then he told me to go ahead and try it, then while I was paying, my friends told me he was rolling his eyes directly at me and being sarcastic. Then he threw my receipt at me and didn’t let me know that he gave it to me along with my wrist band, in which my friend had to hand it to me and let me know. Even after I left, I was told that he was looking at me very sarcastic. Me and my friends (who in which are Mexican) were treated very differently from the next customers (who were Caucasian) and showed them no disrespect and seemed to be in a better mood while they ordered compared to us. Today, (along with almost every time I order from him) in a moment that only lasted 2 minutes to order, Donald is the only person who has seemed to discourage me from coming back and I most likely won’t, I do not recommend coming here if you don’t wanna feel discriminated towards by him, food is great though.
My experience at the waco location was unacceptable. The manager Donald was super rude and threw my receipt on the counter, then rolled his eyes when i asked for a water cup. I dont usually right these reviews unless i truly have a bad experience but the customer service displayed here was awful and i could not stay silent about this one. Never coming back and do not recommend to anyone!
The pizza was cold and the wings have definitely changed. They were very soggy and needed to be cooked longer.

Everything pretty good and predictable, had a little problem with the salad but manager got it resolved so...
Food is good, wish there was a better selection of pizza on the buffet. Was only pepperoni and sausage pizza the entire time I was there. But it was hot and the place was clean and not busy at all.
Wife had a blast toy giving attendant needs to work on social skills but didn't affect the rating this time
Great for kids birthday's... Had my grandson's here and pretty much take all the kids here..
