I had put in a delivery order and was waiting for 3 hours and so I called to double check on my order and they told me they had canceled my order because they got my address wrong..(even though I repeated it on the phone several times when I was ordering). Atleast they gave me a refund but they were not very friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience like this before. But oh well. Better luck next time.
I ordered ranch. No ranch.I ordered extra pineapple. No extra pineapple. My medium pizza is the size of a personal pan. I ordered light cheese. Looks like extra cheese was applied.Disappointed.
The two pizzas I ordered weren’t cooked all the way and they tasted very bland. Very disappointed.
I have been waiting for my pizza for over an hr, still does not say it is even on the way yet, I ordered it at 9:12 and it is now 10:22pm

Alisa was super helpful! I came in really late close to closing and she was extremely helpful and thoughtful. She shelled out a couple pizzas for me with a smile that were very tasty. Glad they have someone so helpful working there!
Delicious pizza with a perfectly tender & chewy crust. ? staff r nice.I just wish they had more sauce options for people with allergies to tomatoes who can't eat their marinara sauce. Hello, what about garlic olive oil or basil pesto?!?
Service was fast enough, staff was cordial. The guy just coming in offered to bring me a chair so I could sit while I waited. I had the new sandwich Philly Cheese steak, it was ok, I'll try something different if I go back.
I really live the pizza stuffed crust.its so yummie.but i cant understand why yall dont have gps on your cars .because everytime there 2h2hours late and my pizzas ate cold.and i still get charged for them.idc about paying for what i get.but its for my gameroom and by the time i got them people left.its not that hard to find newroad street.so im not sure why there laye.but forreal when u can u should give them gps.ty.
