Stuff here's delicious. I haven't been to Panera very many times in my life, since I'm sorta new to the area, but I always find myself taking till the last minute to order because every option sounds good, even to a pickypants like me. The tip jar is criminally empty for the quality of service, as the people ringing me up are always energetic and friendly, even on busy days.There's just one thing. I've only been here twice, but both times I've come, there's been a singular fly behind the glass, harassing the pastries. It makes me mad because I know he's not a paying customer. I can't swat him away myself either, because he knows he's safe behind the glass, and I feel bad asking an employee to try and get him. So I ordered the cinnamon roll since it's in its own little box. Other than that, I loved the food and I can't wait to come here again!
The staff and the service was absolutely amazing.Bad thing.The one down fault is the drink carrier has to be the worst thing I have ever used. While leaving the store drinks fell out of it while using two hands then in the car using my brakes the drinks flipped forwards out of it. If you're buying more than one drink bring your own drink carrier or do not buy multiple drinks unfortunately.
Food was awesome got chicken and rice in a bread bowl sure was good. Clean and staff were awesome will eat there again great job
I was very disappointed the last time I went to Panera Bread. They discontinued my favorite soup, the ten vegetable soup aka “The Best Soup Ever”. For all the people who love that soup to me you probably know how I feel ?.
Would give 0 stars if I could. I placed my order through the Panera bread app at 3:30pm with a pickup at 6pm. When picking up the order they advised they were out of baguette and chips and could not give us those items with our order and gave us a few cookies. My order was for a sandwich - Napa CHICKEN SALAD with extra pickled onions. I shouty caps that because what I got was a tiny slice of chicken breast with mayo smeared on it and a few almonds thrown on and that didn’t take up the full sandwich, at best it was on 1/4 of the bread on both sides.They had AMPLE time to contact me about being out of what I ordered. Instead they let us walk out with a bread sandwich. Will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN- they fully charged my card and when I called to talk to them they just picked up and hung up every time without actually answering. FEELING RIPPED OFF FOR SURE.
Sooooo good got the warm bowl chicken teriyaki and broccoli and it was delicious ?
You order by yourself on a board now. Kind of confusing to find any good deals with meal deals. Food came out quickly but the meat was piled into the center for the sandwich and not much on the sides and the bread was tough. I don't know if they used day-old bread or if that's their new recipe but for the price I paid for the sandwich and soup, I think I could do better someplace else. Staff that served it through the window was kind.
Nice and clean place. Foods always are excellent. This place has a very nice cleaning lady. Thank you for taking of our plates.
Dirty!I was shocked to see a 'Panera Bread' dirty. The worker (guy) at the pick-up window was just standing there. When he could be wiping tables or cleaning the floors. Saw him mostly sitting down waiting for orders to be made.Not sure what's the point of him, if WE (the customers) have to walk up there to get our order. Makes no sense at all. They used to deliver to our table.I had to re-wipe my table, he barely cleaning it when he did. And he didn't even wipe down the seats.And no, it wasn't packed in there, when we went.The 6th street one delivers to our table.It'll be awhile before I give this one another chance (Central Texas Market Place).
The caramel latte was delish. The bakery section was almost empty so that was disappointing. The chocolate chip cookies are yummy as is the pecan twist, although the twist would have been better heated up. Employees were friendly.
