Don’t show up for dinner unless you plan on getting terrible customer service here. Lived in the area for over 6 years and the line is out the door constantly. You would think they would expand or hire more people but instead you get disgruntled employees, with an attitude. You can’t request fresh food. Don’t ever bother showing up one hour before close either because they will blatantly tell you they are out of food.

I was very disappointed today... At the check out line they asked me if I would like to round up and donate to charity and I politely declined for this visit. After declining, instead of handing my food after my card was done processing they decided to walk off and not give me my food. I then had to wait for the manager to see me still standing there and I had to ask him to hand it to me since the other lady would not. He did not say a word to me or try to make sure I left happy. I have been frequenting this Panda Express for the last couple weeks and the food has been great but will not be going back since they EXPECT you to make a donation and apparently will decide not to give you your food once it is paid for if you decide not to donate. I also wanted to add that I donate monthly to a charity of my choice.

Line is always out the door. It doesn’t make sense that none of the Waco locations don’t have a drive thru when there is traffic to support it. I asked for fresh black angus steak because there were 2 out. One was obviously fresher than the other. The girl blantantly told me no

I came in about 8 pm on a Monday night,band the line was to the door. When I paid & left, the line was still to the door. The staff was friendly an relatively fast. The food was really good. I plan to go more often.

These people get paid more than most fast food workers and they don't get in a hurry for NOTHING. youd think they're making 7.25 instead of $15. They close whenever they want, move like sloths, if you're a delivery driver just go to the other panda express and save yourself 20 or 40 minutes

Would have gotten a higher rating if the egg rolls were hot or even warm. I'm not big on their lomein so I found out. Other than that it was good.

So, I just bought teriyaki chicken with the sauce. I asked the clerk to put 2 of the little cups of sauce in a small drink cup, as they have done so many times before. (This keeps the sauce from spilling inside the bag). Anyway, I was told they weren't allowed to do that anymore because they were sued for doing that! WHAT?! Someone PLEASE tell me how someone could turn 2 little cups of sauce inside a drink cup into a lawsuit! I find it more likely that they don't want to waste cups or just plain laziness.Since I can't add another review, I will add to this one. I ordered teriyaki chicken from the app. They give a special place to click if you need napkins and utensils. I clicked it. They give you a space for "special instructions", I wrote please don't forget the Teriyaki sauce 2 please. Guess what?! NO TERIYAKI SAUCE AND NO NAPKINS OR UTENSILS. I have NO idea why I still frequent this place.

The best food and good price fresh food is the best in this place. But the service is poor not good at all. I have to wait for chiken side but it was worth the wait.

Went to go order about 8 plates. They had signs on the door saying they were out of a atleast 4 items. So we change a few of our orders since they were out of the few things we wanted to get for dinner. We almost left with my plate for dinner only having steam rice. Luckily the cashier that day checked every plate before bagging and made sure I got the food plate I paid for. Thank you ma'am.

Manager discriminates against White people.I went into Panda express today and experienced first hand the discrimination and disrespect by the Manager there Miguel. I approached the counter and began my order, noticing that the Honey walnut shrimp looked nice and fresh I asked if I could be served from the container of fresh shrimp. Miguel the "Manager" looks to me and says "No I have to give you what's left of this pot" Now mind you I am not above taking something that isn't AS fresh but on this day what was left in that pot looked very distasteful.I asked him nicely if he could at least exclude the brown and over cooked shrimp as he begrudgingly moved it aside, he proceeds to give me a very poor portion of a premium priced item again this is not the issue. The issue arrives when he then turns around and serves this wonderful Hispanic couple behind me from what I was asking to be served from.When I asked him why I couldn't be served as my peers were served he became very agitated with me saying "I made a big deal about it"I cannot speak for others but If I'm a Manager of a store or restaurant and a customer/guest asks for some sort of accommodation, I would certainly try my best to make it happen so that my guest feels that I care about them and not treat them as poorly as Miguel treated me. I my family are just one Customer for Panda express but they have lost us as customers. I will go where people chose to treat others with respect and not discriminate against them.
