So disappointed. I LOVE Olive Garden, however, my dining experience yesterday was less than satisfying. I always order the breadsticks and saled. The breadsticks lacked the flavor they are famous for and the salad ingredients were limp and I had to ask for additional dressing as the salad was "dry" and devoid of flavor. Sorry to complain, but I thought you should be made aware since your product is otherwise, stellar. The server was wonderful, so 2 stars
I’m literally writing this as I’m eating my soup. But this was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had from the time I walked in. Was not greeted or even looked at by the hostesses as they continued their conversations. Our server acted like we were a bother to her even though we were very familiar with the menu. Plates were thrown on the table, couldn’t be bothered to write our order down but came back to the table to verify what it was as she brought a menu to our table. Snatched my id out of my hand as she ID’d me. Bussers throwing plates around as tables finally get up and not even waiting for the customers to have left. Worst experience. One star is given because the food is decent.
Our server today was not friendly at all. We had to ask for things multiple times. At the end we asked to speak to a manager and she got extremely rude. The manager that came over was very professional and understanding. It seems like it's getting harder and harder to find good help. The service industry is not the business to be in if you don't know how to treat people.
Wife ordered salad (never ending) and I ordered never ending soup (chicken gnocchi). Ordered the shrimp scampi. Shrimp was tasteless and the pasta was rubbery and likewise bland. We won't be coming back.
Seems like their menu has gotten smaller and prices much higher. Thank you to inflation for less value. Having said the food was. GREAT!!
We wanted good basic Italian and we were not disappointed here. Service was a little slower than we expect, but food was well presented and good. I would go here again for basics.
I like to take my vegan friend here because we can both find something to eat. Shy typically eats the bread sticks with marinara sauce and a salad. I enjoy watching her eat and be happy because I feel so bad about how thin and sickly she is looking.
I don't think they really wash their dishes. Waiting until after two tables were set and finished just to get refills on drink, even though we sat first, is sad. I would not suggest sage unless your a college girl ready to be flirted with, anyone else isn't good enough for her to take the time to even get anything right. The dishes are the worst part about this. If they don't clean the dishes, do they clean anything else?
Well, coming off a 68 hour fast, headed there for the soup and salad and drinks...dont judge!!! Food was good and light on me but the adult beverages hit the spot...I earned it!!!
All food was delicious. The waiter is attentive and very friendly. Everything is clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the coffee machine did not work and we were unable to drink coffee.
