First time here. The wait was pretty long. Girls on first stations seemed slow...even openly yawning. It was 6pm on a Sunday. When I got to the counter I told them this was my first time at a Mod and I was looking to make a kind of pesto chicken, before I could ask about the different bases or what they would recommend she was putting pesto on my pizza. I wasn't looking for a conversation but at least a verbal response would be nice. I got nothing. Going down the line there are no labels on the toppings, im visibly looking for SOME kind of help here but again I guess talking was out of the question. The guy cutting seemed annoyed when I asked if I could have a finishing sauce. The food was actually really good. The service....has me second guessing coming back but if you can tolerate the lack luster, unmotivated college kid vibe then this place is recommended!
Ordered from postmates. Pizza was cold and no longer crisp. I do not blame the restaurant for that. My issue is with the salad. It had a lot of rotten lettuce in it. Sad, that salad was fatntastic otherwise. I warmed up the pizza, got the thin crust crispy and it was also tasty. Wish it would have arrived hot. Hoping next time, the salad quality will be better and the pizza will be hot.
We ordered delivery to our Air BNB and couldn't believe how quickly our pizzas arrived. They were fresh and delicious. I had to call for assistance ordering a gluten free crust and they were very helpful.
You can buy delicious pizza here for me they're better than both pizza hut and dominos. Nice place spacious and comfy. Friendly staff. I recommend you to customize your pizza.
The restaurant was especially busy for a Tuesday evening but the line moved quickly and the staff was immensely polite and helpful. The staff was actively working to keep the dinning area clean and well stocked while focusing on serving good food quickly and without forgetting to provide quality customer service.
Will not go back!!!!!! Staff had a bad attitude! Got upset cause I added garlic to my cheese pizza. Then when my husband asked for double mozzarella they didn't add it. We would have been happy to pay. Poor customer service! Lost business forever today!
First time ever to try and I will NEVER go anywhere else again! Pies are priced by size. They have a menu of "standards", but I built my own. Told them I wanted a "mod" which they cut into 6 nice sized pieces and then the choices.... Red or white sauce....type of cheese....my choice of meats and then veggies. I choose 2 meats and 3 veggies...the "mid" is 1 price. If given the choice of crust I'm going deep dish every time-thin or double crust are the choices,but I could munch on the delicious crispy yet chewy crust all day. Order $70 worth of food online to get home and it look like garbage! Absolutely no cheese on any of the pizzas and when you call to speak with a manager, Emma answers and says she doesn’t deal with complaints. A manager who doesn’t deal with complaints? Crazy!
Love the customisation here.I'm a regular customer of MOD pizza. Literally, I have it every Sunday but this was the 1st time at this branch and I absolutely loved the patience and customization done here. They have the best team members like Joshua.
It's good, like chipotle but for pizza, choose your crust, sauce, cheese, meats, veggies, just tell them whatever you want, they make it and bake it right in front of you. Expect to spend about 15 to 20 per person.
