First off my order was completely wrong when I ask for them to remake it they refused and my fries were literally cold and hard. Manger Adrianna was rude and nasty she looked like she hadn’t bathed in days and WAS NOT wearing any kind of gloves or washed her hands in between transactions . But I mean it is McDonald’s so I guess they’re comfortable with hiring from the bottom of the barrel
Arrived to find out we weren't able to eat inside. Ordered food at the kiosk (which we were required to do) and it didn't work. 3/4th of the way through the order had to take receipt to the counter to pay. Fries tasted old and had no salt.
Came about 30 minutes before close. Everything was fresh & hot! Every employee I came into contact with was extremely nice. There were 2 cars in front of me and about 5 behind. Was in and out quick. AND this is not the first time I've had a great experience at this location late night!
This is Mcdonald is the only one I can go to for consistancy!! Food always fast and fresh also always great customer service!!!!
Pretty sure my order has never been right. We’re always short an item or given the completely wrong order. Not sure why we keep giving y’all a chance
I ordered a deluxe double quarter pounder meal on the mobile app and received a regular quarter pounder with no tomatoes. I usually check my order at time of sale, I was in a hurry and didn't find out it was wrong until I got home. I tried for 30 minutes to call the store to see if they could fix it but no one answered the phone. Terrible customer service.
Hit the drive thru on the way out of town from a Band Competition. I was pleasantly surprised that we got in and out really quickly despite it being lunch time. Otherwise it was your average experience. After the disaster of an experience at a competitor, I will probably be coming here instead in the future.
When I opened my McRib sandwich less than a minute after receiving it, the sandwich was completely soggy. There was so much bbq sauce it was soggy. The guy was so rude and had the worst customer service ever.
How different this McDonald's is from every other one we've been to in the Waco, Temple, Whitney, Hewitt area. Products (buns/fish/veggies) are the freshest I've had in decades in a McDonald's anywhere. I just wish the fries at all McDonald's weren't these skinny waste of potatoes.
Food was cooked fresh to order. We paid it forward at the drive thru for the guy in the large truck behind us and it felt great! This is a great McDonald's.
