Closed the business down early with a line of people in drive thru. No one could go anywhere as parking lot is poorly layed out and the customers that got to order held everyone in the line for almost 45 minutes. Reccomend a better way to shut down business with a line of cars in drive thru. Maybe put cones to block entrance. If you eat in you will get stuck in parking spot with drive thru line in the way.
I am Not usually one to complain..but I WILL never go back to this one. I ordered a homestyle burger combo. I had a piece of lettuce the size of my thumb n a tomato the size of my thumbnail and I'm surprised I got meat. The fries were VERY little..did not fill up n all were crunchy and small like it was the very last crumbles. No Dr Pepper. The manager needs to be fired or Fire someone because I don't have money to give away for nothing and this was NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
The only thing right was the fries! Just ordered 2 Bigmac meals, 2 2A meals and a home style burger. The patty’s in all 5 burgers very dry. The special sauce on the Big Mac was on the edge of the burger not the center. The lettuce was wilted on both sandwiches like brown but at least the fries were good. This is not the first time this shop has not lived up to expectations maybe you should take the whole staff and go for a drive down Hwy 6 to Marlin because those folks rock it!! Regardless the staff/cooks need some additional training…..very disappointing and no we couldn’t finish the burgers.
Their food is always good and the majority of the time thet get our order right. The service is pretty great most of the time.
Every time I go into this McDonald's there's nobody there at the counter to take my order. When trying to order a Happy meal they tell me that they are out of apple slices they don't have the yogurt anymore when I asked the substitute two cookies they told me no, I told him not to put french fries in the Happy meal because my daughter does not eat them, so I ended up paying $4.29 for a six piece nugget and a small drink.., if you go inside to order be prepared to wait because no one's going to take your order the drive-thru lines are always outrageously long and the bathrooms are dirty never have any toilet paper, and employees that play Pokemon go while your standing there waiting for them to take your order and when you say something they get mad about it. I come to this location because I am literally across the street but yesterday was the last straw for me y'all need to hire people who know what the hell they're doing and are willing to work.
I went to the McDonald's on Valley Mills and Lake air I ordered a 10-piece nugget and a Big Mac when I got home I had a 10-piece nugget and a quarter pounder
People seem friendly enough but it seems like there's no real leadership. Waited 10 minutes in store just to pay then another 15 for my order. Half the orders came out late or incomplete and the workers were audibly arguing while the manager was just looking at his phone on the side. I know it's just McDonald's but I just thought it was a bit ridiculous to have to wait almost half an hour for fast food.
Wanted to grab a Homestyle burger, 10 ct McNuggets & basket of fries for me & my spouse. Waited in line for quite awhile, paid, got to the window for order pick-up & was told they were “working on my order”. Five minutes later, I got my order. I tried to ck it, but the fries were tightly wedged in the bags, over the burger & McNuggets, but I could feel them. Drove the 6 miles home, only to discover the Sweet ‘n Sour sauce .. I offered to pay extra for 3-4 .. was NOT in the bag .. nor was there any ketchup!!! I was furious!!! To me, a McNugget isn’t tasty without that sauce! I wasn’t about to get out in holiday traffic, to pick up sauce, so I used “on hand” honey mustard .. frustration with every bite! ** Food quality was good ** Tried calling the store & listened to a recording, saying voice box was full. Probably full of customer complaints. Won’t be going to this McD’s ever again!
