I thought that breakfast was 24 hours. I guess not, which btw is very disappointing From start to finish it took 30 minutes, which is terrible timing. I believe that every McDonald's should have 2 lanes maybe 3 and put signs pointing down ? as to where that person should go next. Make 3 lanes. 1st Lane is for cash only that way everyone involved has accountability, the other 2 make like the bank where they can put in their order, and you show transaction with total and form of credit your wanting to use with card reader to process payment. Then next station is where they pick up food. I think that would make things go more smoothly. I don't see one lane for any of ur stores just this one and employees are slow. One lane for any restaurant at lunchtime is just financial suicide especially with cost of inflation and all the road closures that this state has had.
The N. 19th St store is trash! How you screw up 8 consecutive delivery orders to my house? I even called after placing the order to clarify. Now not only can your managers not count to 4. They apparently cannot read either since they sent an entree for a meal. Then when I called and talk to the same manager again he said, “Well, I told him. I’m sorry it was wrong. It would have been right if I had handled it.” Really?! That was it?! Untrained monkeys can do your job, so why can’t you? Basic customer service, basic reading, basic elementary Math. Do I need to come stand there and watch you complete my orders to get them right?
UPDATE:We were finally able to get in contact with a very helpful lady that got us the rest of our order as well as a free drink. She was very kind and very professional. I would recommend ordering here during the day rather than after dinner hours. Changing my review from 1 start to 3.Terrible customer service! I had 6 apple pies with my order and only received 3. They were switched with strawberry which isn't a big deal but the attitude we received when we tried to get this amended is a big deal. We tried going through the drive thru and the kid on the speaker gave us a click of his tongue and said "Oh my God" under his breath but his speaker was still on! Absolutely infuriating. So we ended up leaving and trying to call the store for a refund and the person on the other line could not hear a single word I was saying because it was so loud. It sounded like they were right next to the machines that make all the beeping noises or they were holding the phone right infont of it and just yelling "what?" After everything I was trying to say. After yelling on the phone so they could hear me about how I would like a refund on the food I did not receive they tell me "Ok" and hang us without asking or getting my order information. This is a garbage establishment with garbage customer service! Order here at your own risk!
I love this McDonald's at N. 19th. They are always friendly and helpful.
Burgers so cold the cold cheese doesn't even melt. I asked them to microwave it and they wouldn't even do that. So they got this review. BYW. 15 min to get food at 12:30.
If your door dashing don't come here , worst macdonald's ,not enough employees working and they are so busy they can not keep up
Complete trash, zero effort was put into this. I got a quarter pounder with cheese, no condiments, add lettuce, add extra bacon. Pictures attached.What I received was an old and cold patty. No cheese. The texture was similar to what I would imagine a crushed pencil eraser would be like. Absolutely did not have extra bacon, scraps of lettuce, and the fries definitely seemed like they were fried twice because they were hard. Hard enough to snap in half like a toothpick.You’re making food, you are a restaurant, there are standards. You have a job and you are expected to do your job to an acceptable level, especially when you’re handling and cooking somebody’s food.Total failure. Avoid this store.
I was disappointed with the Mgmt ! I really didn't mind waiting. I ordered a apple pie with my meal, I watched the manager come from the back with a handful of pies. She put one in my bag and the young man gave me my food.The pie was ice cold!! Really so disappointed with this manager ?! I would have waited for you to heat it up!When you're a leader please don't teach your team laziness. Sorry I give this visit a 2 out 10?
If I could give this place a negative 5 I would . I don't mind waiting in line for food but to be in line for 50 min just to get yelled at by someone tacking my order and getting it wrong just makes me boil . They need to fired the guy who took my order , never in my life I seen such rude customer service in my life.
Amazing service!! Staff was extremely nice and ready to help, and one of them even gave us a free McFlurry! The location was clean and the service was fast. Even the restrooms were clean!
