Horrible customer service. Staff don't care at all. I went to the counter and waited for someone to come to greet me. A staff member walked an order past me and as she was walking back to the counter, we locked eyes. I said "can I have some ketchup please?" She didn't acknowledge me and walked back to the back. I thought, "maybe she heard me and is just busy" and waited for a minute or two and then said screw this and ate my food. Literally the only reason I came here was because this is one of the few places with a playground for the kids. Welp, Chick FIL A is next door and they also have a playground and I KNOW that would never happen there. I'll be going there for now on. Also, the only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is the place was nicely remodeled and I have to give them credit for that.
If I could put no stars I would! I understand why the employees here are such trash. It's because management is worse. I actually do Doordash deliveries and came to the concept to only deliver from this McDonald's when things are slow as they generally take forever. This last time, management tried to tell me how to do my job by confirming the order as picked up before it was even in my hand ready to go. When I refused and tried to explain I had to wait until it was ready to go they threatened to block me from deliveries! The manager would not shut up long enough to let me explain how it works on my end, nor did she care, as she thinks she already knew. Obviously she doesn't know! As I am walking out she continues to say that I have to listen to her and so so sorry but no I do not. You don't own me, nor do I work for you, nor would I ever. Thus definitely explains why the employees don't want to work and never really stay working there. This place is in desperate need of actuall GOOD management.
Everytime I come to this McDonald's. It is super slow they do not have very good customer service. When I ask for no onions on my burger because I'm allergic. that means no onions yet your lazy arses don't pay attention. So I go in the restaurant and take all of my food back and tell them they messed up my order. They won't fix it for you they just tell you well you payed for it already. But I have the receipt and on that receipt it says no silver onions. So no I didn't pay for y'all to put onions on my burger. Next time I went threw I had to tell them again please no onions on my burger I am allergic. What did they do. They put onions on my burger. Wow really so McDonald's is employees at this restaurant are trying to kill there customers. I will not be coming back.
My order was on point but the honesty of one of the workers is trash. I left my phone at the rr and I was sacred cus I couldn’t find it, finds out it was in the managers office and a sweet lady or cook at the back told the manger “hey she lost her phone the one in the back must be hers”, it was taking awhile for the lady to bring it back, it was a bigger and older African American lady. When I got it my phone, it looked like it was turned on, I believe she was planning on keeping it because when I called my phone it wouldn’t ring but when I got it back it was a coincidence that it was on, especially when I used find my iPhone from my bf’s phone it said my phone was First Last on 2 minutes far from me, at this point I was still in the building. Lady needs to be fired, thank lord for the 2 sweet Mexican lady’s at the back .
Most nastiest fast food place I’ve been to. The workers didn’t wear gloves and one of them wiped the sweat off their head with their bare hands and then continued to touch the Food . The service was horrible I was waiting for a hour and the people before me were waiting even longer . Nothing in the kitchens were clean and the floors were covered in trash . Never going there again
This place sucks big time. I was here on 4/3/22 and it took 20 mins to place my order and another 20 to get it.
If you want your order wrong make sure to go to Franklin they are on point with that. If you want rudeness go to Franklin they get a 5 star for that! If want no condiments and napkins, but asked for them guess what?? Yes!! FRANKLIN is the place to go. If you call with your concerns and they tell you "so what do you want? I am busy trying to make orders" lol go to Franklin. They are so use to their mistakes that they just automatically say what do you want a redo? lol. Just get it right on the first try and I promise the McDonald's owner would be embarrassed of these fries. I already chunked them out the window for the birds until I forgot about showing a picture. Yes they all look like that. Thank Franklin McDonald's for giving us a awful experience.
I brought my son through the drive-thru at around 10 at night. Even though they acknowledged me when I pulled up, I had to wait a really long time before I could tell them my order. When they finally asked for my order, the guy was less than friendly and had a slight attitude.I’ve frequented this McDonald’s often and this service is not new; nearly every time I come to this location I feel nearly unwelcome.
Completely ignore ppl inside wanting to order. Even their kiosk isn't available. Large puddles of water on the floor, not being cleaned. Ordered one happy meal for my daughter. Dr pepper was all soda water, and she didn't get her toy.
Our 2 grand daughters love the cheeseburger happy meals, very filling for them (ages 6 & 3)We always order them plain & dry, but usually have to take them back because they weren't made right.
