This lady stopped doing a customers order because her daughter and her daughters kid came in the kid was crying over and over again because he wanted McDonald's and the lady trying to concentrate on the customers she already had stopped what she was doing and got him a shake and then stopped with that same order again to let the mom pay for it the kid kept on crying but it wasn't going to hurt anyone if they waited that's terrible customer service to stop one thing and then tell people that her family comes first that's not right and I get that he's family but like I wouldn't even stop one of my sales for my family and she continued to run around and make all of the orders even though she had other employees there with her she kept on moving and she placed some of the food right in people's orders and some not right and continued to do most of the work even though she did have help and wasn't alone there
It takes forever but they are so understaffed and I always feel bad for them. The employees they do have are solid and work their butts off. It's cheap and easy.
Worst service in central Texas! Worst management in central Texas! Save yourself from the headache. The drive thru people are McDonald’s sufficient. Never go inside because then you’ll have to deal with the management in some way which are the most toxic individuals I’ve ever come across.
Door Dashing an the manager is a little rude, Thier internet was messing up an the oder didn't come through. But paid on the door dash app.
I've been here only twice in my life and that was twice too many. These people are rude! I placed a mobile order for breakfast a few minutes before 10:30 and had to wait in the drive thru line. Once I gave the code, the clock was a minute over 10:30. They then took the opportunity to say they were serving lunch. I was on site, order was in before the deadline, and they rub it in with no apology. What a joke. I'll stick to other locations down the road and glady burn the gas.
McDonald's has been sliding into mediocrity for a long time, but this place takes it to a new level. Food all over the floor, employees cursing and throwing food, lines always ridiculously long (highway traffic, I guess). I have no idea why anyone would go here instead of In-n-Out 100 yards to the north. I went because of my kids - who now NEVER want McDonalds (yeah!).
Value meal is my go-to for McDonald's.Double cheeseburger, hot & spicy with a fries.Cheap and delicious for a quick fix. Always a small wait though since everyone loves it.
Half of the time the wait is 20+ mins, the other half of the few times I’ve been there one or more of their machines is down. And I just went to get a french fry and a drink and they were already closed almost an hour before advertised closing time.
Rude managers and employees. I walk into an empty store one car in drive thru, to have 5 employees look at me behind the counter including managers, and say nothing! After 10 min I was like hello yall see me here. Still didn't get service. For another 10 min. Corprate needs to help waco mcdonalds!
Drive through is faster that in side been here for 30 minutes for some chicken nuggets!! Never again YALL SUX
