Really sad that McAlisters seems to be going down hill. This is a place we have always frequented but recently it has been very disappointing. Not only are the meals coming out wrong, but they look sad. Ordered Ultimate Nachos (which comes with all the toppings) and was given tortilla chips with a 1/4 full cup or what looked and tasted like 3 day old cheese. Disappointed for sure. Waste of $30+
If 0 was an option I would give it no stars. Placed a mobile order said it would be ready at 1:18pm. The order wasn’t ready until 1:38pm. When the order was handed to me the bag ripped, so I asked for a new bag. The worker just tied another bag which ripped as well. When I went to check the food all the sandwiches were wrong completely. My jalapeño turkey crunch didn’t come with the chips, along with spring mix. I also ordered 2 king clubs and they were both wrong. The icing on the cake, I got home there was a long piece of weave in my tortilla chips. Just an overall horrible experience. I will forever just to the waco drive location.
Reasonable price, and a great place to stop and grab yummy fresh sandwiches. Very friendly staff, clean place, and good food. This is becoming our favorite place because of all the selections they have that can also accommodate children especially picky eaters. Can easily be seen from the road (Hewitt), easy access to the place, and plenty of parking space in the parking lot. Highly recommend this place.
Love love their soup. Was so sad they do not do cheese cake anymore ! ? I hope they bring it back. The other desserts aren’t very good ?
You would expect better service in Hewitt. Our food was cold. They didn't give us our whole order but since we were there on lunch from work we couldn't go back. The fact they were rude & mad because I asked for an extra fruit and added drinks was beyond me. SMH got to do better.
Best kids meal pricing for dine in. And healthy options available even for kids! Got three kids meals with 2 having upgraded side (fruit), one large lemonade, and two kids waters, and even with tip it was still under $10! Will definitely come back! Gage and Cam were great to all customers!
Customers were a little out of pocket the day I went but good food, nice service, decent wait times.
Other than the Mac being cold, they fixed it fast, were quick, attentive, clean and friendly. Even saw the manager resolve a conflict in a cool and calm way. Way better than the Temple location.
Food was good, hot order correct, it was a take out for five. The wait time was very long. They did forget to put in my chocolate chip cookies I paid for.
They weren't very busy and the service was great. Great sandwich.
