The guy who waited on us wasnt very helpful. As this was our first time to eat at a McAlisters. I didnt know what kinds of bread they had, or anything. When I asked about the bread. All he could say was which one. It was the same with the cheese. You could clearly tell that we had never been to a McAlisters before. Whwn we got our food. My sandwich was toasted. Which I hate toasted sandwhiches (again, I had no clue that they toasted them) and paprika on my, tater salad. Which is also gross to me. They people that work there. They need to be a little bit more helpful, and what not. Needless to say. I didn't get to eat, and it was a waste of money.
Amazing lunch! Food (Angus Club, tomato/cucumber salad, chips and tea) was great and workers even split it up for 2 of us to share! I felt bad for them though because there wasonly one person working. I think he checked us out AND made our food. Boo to the restaurant for not having better staffing, as we saw almost EVERY table was dirty and obviously that poor kid couldn't do everything!!
The food was delicious and prepared quickly. The young man who took my order was very nice. A+
I have never been here but my friends told me about them and it ended up being a great idea! Great sandwiches, especially the McAlister Club.
We waited about 20 minutes for curbside… and finally gave up and just went in to pick up the order. The order was poorly made. They forgot add the dressing to my sandwich, the chips, cookie etc. It was quite the disappointment but eh. It happens I guess.
Usually have no issues with this location and very much enjoy the food. However, I had an unsatisfactory experience this weekend. We ordered food online and went in to pick it up. My friend got her food on time and my name was never called. After waiting 15 minutes after our pick up time, I went up to the counter to ask. Only then did they inform me that they were completely out of one of the items on my order. No apologies or offers to make it right. I understand the current supply chain issues, but I would have very much appreciated some sort of notification that the menu item wasn't available on the ordering website, or the staff using the contact information we are required to enter to let me know that my order could not be fulfilled as is.
Edit- McAlister’s corporate made things right. Returned and had a much better experience. Food was hot and tasty, tables were cleaner, and staff was pleasant. Bathrooms still dirty however. Very much enjoyed my second experience.Went 12/11. I usually like Mcalisters at other locations. Bathrooms were unclean, paper towels out. No hand sanitizer. Food was cold, didn’t give our chocolate milk for kids or potato salad. I had to wipe off my own table because every single one was dirty. Male employee did not seem to care and seemed disinterested to get my missing order. Food was cold. Very poor experience given the price.
Service was great and the Staff was very friendly the food was great. Need to get there first thing in the morning it gets crowded fast because it is good. Then you need to god to the Solo's.
This Location is BY FAR The BEST! Very Quick, Doesn't get your order wrong, and never really packed. Love this one better then the one on Waco Dr.
Hand sanitizer containers were empty in restaurant. Feet stuck to floor by the counter so much so that whatever was on the floor the stuff stayed on your shoes as you walked to your table then out the door. Mens restroom was fifty plus comodes wouldn't flush. No hand sanitizer in restroom either. Food was ok but did make us wonder about the cleanliness in the kitchen. We have been to this McAllister in the past year, it was not the cleanest place we've ever eaten however it was no where near this bad.
