I purchased over $100 in meals through the drive-thru and was parked while they prepared the food. When they brought it out I specifically asked if the included particular sauces and cole slaw I ordered. Usually cole slaw is placed outside the boxes. She said they were in the boxes, but when I got home, they were all missing. With tacit came to almost $25 of missing food. I've made numerous attempts to call them, but it goes to a message and says to call back later. Maybe I should argue the transaction with my credit card company and then maybe I will get their attention.
Very disappointed! Attitude and cold food?! It's hard to find good customer service. The older lady look to be a manager. The food was reheated and had a rubber feel. A waste of time and money ? Hopefully you guess will get it together. I rate this visit a 0?
They were out of chicken, so we ordered fish and chips. Good only if you like a giant grease bomb.
The Long John Silver's on Valley Mills Dr., never fails to serve hot, delicious fish and my fave, Grilled Shrimp! I think the grill closes around 9/9:30pm (I call before I drive there). I'll have to try the other location sometime.
My wife and I always enjoy eating here, it is the closest location to our weekend place.Food and service is good and I crave the coleslaw.There bathrooms put an odor in a small portion of the seating area. But plenty of other areas to sit.
Horrible service in the drive through. Got all the way home with food and was given the 2 piece fish mean and I ordered chicken. Hate fish. Waste of money 20 minute drive there and had to wait when there was no one in the drive through but me and no one in the resturant area. Winter go back.
I was blessed to have the young lady give me enough condiments for all of us and I got my senior discount!The place looked clean
In pulling up to this particular location their outside lighting was almost non-existent to the point where I was beginning to second guess the fact if they were even open. I went through the drive through where I waited in a short line and once I got up to the menu board I was unable to view the menu board because it had zero lights and it was already after dark. I placed my order by telling them what I wanted and them telling me if they had a platter for that. The voice on the intercom was extremely pleasant and helpful and once I pulled forward to the window I was greeted by two very neatly dressed, smiling, happy, helpful faces. I just hate that the food and the LJS Establishment wasn't as neatly groomed and helpful as it's employees. The food carried the same consistency as rubber and tasted along the lines of the same. This LJS is long overdue for a complete overhaul. I love LJS but will not be having it again anytime soon after this experience. It just left so little to be desired! Corporate can you please revamp Waco's only remaining LJS?
Food was very salty couldn't eat it. Rice was decent favor but some was hard like uncooked. Green Beans were good n hot
Good fish and shrimp combo plate. Only negatives were they were very short staffed resulting in long wait times and many tables not being bussed while diners looked for seating.
