Excellent quality and service! Lone Star Tavern provided the catering for our family reunion held on the 4th of July weekend. We were highly impressed with the quality, quantity, and presentation of every single dish served. I am still having relatives call to ask who the caterer was! I will definitely call them for any future catering needs.
It has been a long time since I ate at Lone Star but I am glad I revisited it. The food was outstanding and the service was great. I went here for my grandmother's 92 birthday with our family and not only were they able to seat us all but everyone was waited on in a timely manner. I had the 8oz filay minion with bake potato and a dinner salad. My steak was cooked to my liking and had a lot of flavor. I will definitely be back again. Great place friendly staff and good food.
Used to come here in the 70s while attending Baylor. Still good! Would come again. Great service and good.

The service was very good. They food was good. It's been a long time since I ate at Lone Star Steak House. It was before the owners that have it now bought the place. The steaks back then was VERY THIN & the chicken fries had very little meat & a lot of crust. They are not like that no more. Good steaks & good chicken fries. Again.
