This place was so fun! My son (named Logan) insisted on going while we were on vacation in Waco. The hostess was very friendly and sat us very quickly. Once seated our waitress came over and took our order. She was full of great suggestions and very helpful with our questions. Once our food came out we dug in! It was delicious and the portions were large! Our waitress checked on us and promptly refilled our drinks. Great place to take kids or to go alone. Awesome service!!!
Our visit to Logan's Roadhouse was great! The staff was absolutely phenomenal, wonderfully kind and helpful. The food was very good at the atmosphere was just right! We had to leave early because of the air sirens, but they offered to let us take shelter in their kitchen. Overall, very nice establishment. Would recommend!
They never fail to make me happy. I am always stuffed and content when I lane there. Tiffany my waitress was exceptional tonight. I will definitely continue to keep going. Excellent food... Wonderful staff. Keep up the great work Logans.

Got right in on Valentine's Day with no wait. Our our waiter Chris, was excellent and very personable.Our food came out after quite a while but was worth the wait, as it was excellent. While we waited we enjoyed some of the best margaritas, mixologised by Brianna. Thanks again??Excellent choice for any occasion that requires a great steak dinner, and much more. Enjoy
We arrived at Logan's around 7:45 on Sunday. We were a party of two so we were sat quickly. The first impression of the place was not that great. There was trash and food all over the floor as well as crayons. The restaurant was nearly empty save about 4 tables. After several minutes, a waitress stopped by saying she would be right with us. Several more minutes passed before she came back, so not until about 10-12 minutes after being sat did we get a waitress. By that point we were ready to order our meal, but she only took our drink order. We ordered two sweet teas and one beer. 5-7 minutes later, one sweet tea as well as some rolls were brought to the table. At this point, we still had not put in an order for our meal. The waitress stopped back by our table 2-3 times saying she was going to check on my beer but not once did she ever walk over to the bar area. Finally, we asked if we should go to the bar ourselves to get our one beer and reminded her about the sweet tea she never brought for me. We were told the bar was backed up. Again, there were maybe 4 tables seated and no more than 5 people at the bar. I doubt there was any backup of orders. When she finally walked over to the bar, lo and behold, the beer was there waiting for her to pick it up, and upon delivery it was quite obvious the beer had been poured some time ago. After being seated for a total of 20-25 minutes, we were finally able to place our food order. The food came quickly after ordering, but the meal was quite unimpressive. The loaded mashed potatoes were just regular mashed potatoes with cheese melted on top, no bacon, no chives, or anything else. The Mac & cheese tasted as though it was cooked earlier and re-heated and was slightly soggy. The steak was cooked to my request but looked sad; almost grey looking as though it had been microwaved and then just seared on the grill. The overall cost of our meal was over $80 and over an hour of our time was wasted on this disappointment. I would have valued the meal at half that cost as far as quality and service goes. I feel as though I would have been better off getting a salad at this steak house. I was sorely disappointed and will likely not be returning to Logan's.
They seated us in an ice cold area where no one else was sitting even though there were plenty of tables. I realize businesses are suffering from a shortage of workers and I understand that. But when you watch your server chatting with other staff vs even once asking how our meal was or refilling our waters and tea, well... I guess a warm body is better than no body? Food was decent though!
All of our food was wrong. They even brought out a regular burger after I had ordered a fried cheese burger and then told me that it was discontinued 2 weeks ago. Chicken on the salad was cold/old bathrooms were in worse condition than most convenient store bathrooms. And all 3 burgers were raw in the middle. We waited 1.5hrs from the time we ordered to the time we received our food. And when I we told the manager and waitress all they did was give us a discount...the bill was still $57.
this place would have been rated a 2 star, but the amount of attention we received after a lack of greeting from the hostess was beyond fulfilling by the manager and waitress, hostess was simply an amateur unaware of her fault, although did care enough to bring it to the attention of the management. She was working and assigning tables instead of greeting customers, as the priority of the duties. Food was excellent as was everything else.
