The breakfast tacos and coffee were gas station quality. Not what we expected.
We got a lot of attitude from the barista. The pastries were stale and the coffee wasn't very good.
Slow service, bland coffee, better local options.
I went in to get a Frappuccino the guy told me they have no ice so I got a hot drink instead it’ was like 9am and no ice come on!!!! the guy that was making our coffee didn’t even look to happy to see us there didn’t look like he even wanted to help us I’ll just stick to Starbucks instead!!!!!
Tried this place for the first time today, got a large horchata latte and it was the best! The employee who made it had such a welcoming vibe and she was so so sweet and made the best latte!! Definitely coming back!
We got two drinks and both agreed it was some of the worst coffee we’ve had. The food selection was not the least bit appetizing either. Poor service as well. Cool art though.
Usually have a good experience here and always have great drinks but this morning had an awkward rude experience with the girl employee. We were told the manzanita cafe never existed even when we explained we had ordered it last week and saw it in the store’s Instagram but she claimed you guys have never had it. We were also trying to ask if the store’s number had changed because every time we call we never get an answer so we curious if we maybe call during the store’s busy hours or if the store has a new number and we were told “well the phone’s right there” by the same employee. I’ll probably only go when the other girl is there, I’m not sure what her name is but she’s always nice when I go compared to this girl ? Every employee has been nice so far so I don’t know if this was her first day or if she was just having a bad morning lolI understand if you guys are too busy to answer the phone just wanted to ask which hours were best to call if we have any questions because I know some store’s have certain hours were they get a big rush like lunch time. We were trying to ask if doing call in orders were acceptable because some menu items aren’t on the website.

I always enjoy my experience here! I've had their champurrado, cafe de olla with oat milk, tisana, and more! I am so thankful for this neighborhood care and wish them success as they continue bring their culture to the Greater Waco community!
Came this morning to get coffee with my family, but no one was at the counter. There wasn’t a bell to get someone’s attention if they were in the back of the store. There were people in the store that were sitting at the tables and couch that had been served before we came in, but no one ever approached the counter to take our orders. I really enjoy their coffee and wish I would have been able to order some this morning. I just can’t justify having to wait longer than necessary to have someone show up at the counter to take our order. Great coffee that they serve, but poor customer service this morning.To the owner, please have a method for your employees to know when a customer is a the front counter when they are in the back stock room for a long time. I highly recommend having a bell at the front counter.
