This is a great place for a quick lunch. They have many different options, as well as combinations. The pulled pork and katsu chicken were very good. They are conviently located across parking lot of Dr Pepper Museum and within walking distance from Magnolia.
Had high expectations of this place. The restaurant was clean and the food came out in a good time. The chicken katsu was awesome I will say. The BBQ mix plate was okay. I wish there wasn’t so much fatty bits to the meat. The chicken, pork, beef, and ribs all had a lot of chewy fat which I wasn’t as much of a fan of. The flavors were great though. The macaroni salad was good but I wish it had a bit more flavor.The two meat could have been a meal for two people. The food proportions are HUGE.Great food, atmosphere and music was nice and Hawaiian feeling, and the staff were friendly.
Of the two Hawaiian BBQ restaurants I'm aware of in Waco, L&L stands head and shoulders above the other. The staff is always friendly and engaging and the food is delicious!

Best BBQ in central Texas in my opinion!! Everything made to order. Huge portions. Friendly staff! I highly recommend this place to anyone local or passing through. Not many know what theyre missing yet so the wait/lines aren't crazy yet. Its literally the best
Tucked in between the Silo’s and Dr. Pepper museum is the amazing L&L Hawaiian BBQ. The food is phenomenal. My favorite is the loco moco, substituted with kalua pork and macaroni salad. So many other great options too. The owner and staff made us feel like part of the ohana (family). A must stop while in town!!!
Great food and HUGE portions. The staff was extra friendly and welcoming. Right across from The Doctor Pepper factory. A nice find.

The food was great here! But not only the food the staff were amazing, since it was our first time we had lots of questions. Their recommendations on what to try were amazing. This is definitely somewhere my wife and I will return to and recommend to everyone!
I finished at the Magnolia home store. Was looking for someplace to eat and I’m pleasantly surprised to find a Hawaiian barbecue place. We ate the mixed barbecue plate,chicken katsu and had the Hawaiian donuts very delicious the chicken Katsu is super good.
