Place looks old but don’t let that fool you. This place has super good BBQ! Staff was friendly and helpful. Waitress was checking in with me and provided me with extras including drippings. Got brisket and ribs and boy were they tasty! Beans and potato salad complimented the meal. Super enjoyed the meal and the look and feel of this old place. ?
I've eaten at many BBQ places since moving to Texas in 2016, but this is the absolute best! It's small and homey but the food will knock your socks off!
All the main BBQ items ribs, brisket and sausage are the real thing. High quality that is hard to find.
Best BBQ in town. My family and I stopped by for lunch while in Waco one day the staff was very friendly and the BBQ was great they have pan drippings that was great as well. I recommend stopping when in Waco and you won't be disappointed.
Great bbq, fast service, just know what you want when it’s your turn, no small talk as there are people behind you waiting to get theirs! Sells out so get there early, enjoy!!!!! The Bear Box feeds 3-4 easily!

Best bbq I’ve had in Texas. The brisket is really tender, & the environment is relaxed and interesting. It’s a small hole in the wall but hands down the best bbq. It’s a must stop in Waco !!! And Don’t forget the sweet tea ?
Went on a Saturday afternoon. The food was delicious! It seems to be family owned and they ALL made sure we had everything we needed and we're enjoying our meal. Definitely recommend for good BBQ

Fantastic food. Stopped because a recommendation on line for best BBQ places and didn't disappoint
