We had an awesome lunch! I had the manager's special which consisted of a 1/2 club sandwich, chips and a side salad. My uncle had a chicken pot pie and Sis had a salad. We all enjoyed our meal. Sis wanted more salad dressing which I got for her, but she declined because someone had dropped the tong used for eggs handle down into the container of ranch dressing. This is not unusual due to self serving, but after witnessing it, it does affect your decision about future visits.
Come here often and always get great service and today was anther great day of service. I had been sitting and waiting for my food when I asked Allen if he would check up on my food which he did. He had found that some how my food had not made it out to me and promptly brought it out to me and apologized for the inconvenience. Thank you Allen for your great customer service!

Such a tremendous experience. This was my first visit and I love, love, loved the salad bar. It was so fresh and had such a wide selection of goodies. I’ll definitely be back.

Service moves quickly. Chicken salad sandwich was ok. Onion soup was great. Free ice cream always make the meal end well.
My reuben was good but too small and was served small broken potato chips. My wife ordered half an avocado chicken sandwich with fruit and 2 large drinks for $30. Next time I'm hitting up subway. Also senior citizens crowding salad bar like it was built only for them. So tired of what Covid crowds act like now.
If you're looking for a huge salad bar with lots of healthy fresh produce, delicious hot and cold sandwiches, the biggest baked potato, hearty soups including the best shrimp gumbo I've ever had, great prices, really friendly staff, free ice cream at the end of your meal, Jason's Deli in Waco is the place you want to go.
I used to love their salad bar. However that is no longer the case. When you place an order telling them exactly what you want and they add things to your salad without your knowing and totally ruins your meal twice, I am done. If you change your menu you need to tell your customers that you did. The manager at the Waco Dr store didn't seem to care that I paid $12 for a meal that they ruined. He said it was my delivery companies problem altho Door Dash did their job and they are Not the one's who Ruined my meal twice in a row!!!!
