I'm very disappointed with this Jack-n-The Box on Bosque Rd. in Waco. The older lady who might be a night manager is slow, rude, and very unprofessional. When you order your food, do not expect a warm greeting, but instead, expect a person to take their time to acknowledge you while waiting in line in the drive-thru. Whoever works the drive thru behaves like they are being rushed and are annoyed that you want to place your order. There's no professional customer service. People there act like they're at home talking to their own family members instead of paying customers. My advice is to either hire new people, train them appropriately, or close this particular fast food restaurant down because the service there is flat out appalling. There is a sign there that shows who the district manager is, the name is Amanda Brown. I'm going to send an email to her to share my complaint.

One of the last Jack in the Box restaurants in the area. So if you want something late at night that's quick, you better place it on the mobile app. I may have waited behind 2 cars (after 3 decided to leave) but it was ready to go the moment it became my turn. With such a short staff, the team that worked that night (5.27.22) needs a raise. Maybe one day corporate will realize giving a raise does more than commercial air time. The young lady at the window was so kind when I would've locked up and shut down. Keep your head up honey ??

Little Kevin Hart look a like didn't want to give me taco sauce. Said it's only 1 per 2 tacos? Was acting like he had something up his derriere?

Never Eat here! I tried the new Chicken Sandwich and this is what I got. This Jack in the box has made me never want to go to any other Jack Restaurant Ever!!!!!

OMG 180° difference from the last time I went to this Jack in the crack during the day the lady working this evening minimum staff and just the most awesome service ever with a great attitude I love my experience compared to last time the lady working last time during the day no thank you I almost never would have returned but I was working so I had to go there and the lady changed my mind about their staff she was great thank you to the lady working this evening

So, I just moved to the area and had Jack in the Box for the first time. Let me tell you, something special. I had the Breakfast Combo Sandwich ? ?. Man this joint was good. Very filling ?

It was actually really good. The service was great. The gentleman who took my order was super courtesy and professional. I only wish the curly fries would have been cooked a little longer. Besides that I will be back!

Usually go much later when they do the late night boxes, they get my orders right. They usually have a long line in drive-thru if your getting late dinner.

How can I enumerate? First of all, the manifold problems are not the result of the ladies who locked themselves inside the restaurant; but the experience should be related. The internet AND the sign on the door inform that the [tiny] dining room is open, and that is the ONLY reason why I ordered food on-line to eat there. Then, as we were waiting in the lengthy drive-through queue, the manager informed me that they could not provide my spicy chicken. I agreed to a homestyle sandwich, but what I received was a plain Spicy Cluck Sandwich. Furthermore, my wife's Cluck sandwich bore NO SAUCE; so she choked down the formed patty with no lubrication. You'd think that they'd offer some compensation for the fact that they offered me a lesser product; but I couldn't even beg for a large drink. They were serving no tea, so I asked for peach Minute Maid drink and received ref lunch. CONDEMN THE PLACE AND CLOSE IT!!! I try not to eat in the Valley Mills-Bosque area because of the results of inadequate or insufficient personnel. I Will NEVER return.

Play one of the worst Jack in the boxes I've ever been to I'm doing a delivery for doordash and how do I make an order for me while I'm having to wait to the long line anyways it was like I can't order for me I'll have to go back to the Lions second time that's ridiculous and unnecessary waste of time
