You just can't go wrong with Jack in the Box if you want an upgrade from The Arches and the King. In the fast food category, the Jumbo Jack Burger is about the best bang for the buck. Sometimes it takes a little bit longer then the Arches or the king, but definitely worth the wait because it's made to order.Edit;Return visit 5-15-22 was also good. Friendly staff, order right and food fresh. Dining area getting dated, worn and in need of a refresh. Could use a coat of paint and new tables/chairs.
I get to spot to order my food I was already being rushed to order by lady steady say is that it is that it so to rush me and to do my order should least be right nope missing bacon on loaded fries not even load just fries and jalapeñoThe black lady with short hair help the most she was tryna to move fast but being held by lady that didn’t help her til she was done when She was helping her to be quick left her station to do it so I thanks her for even trying to do something good she get a 5 star but as a team 1 star cause jack you got to do better
The experience received at this particular establishment was in my opinion one of the best experiences that I have had in this area. The young lady that was in control of the drive thru was probably one of the best and most pleasant young people I have had the pleasure of coming into contact with in a very long time. I would gladly give Her a 5 star rating.
It was better this time than last. The employees were friendly, but they had a couple of new people working, and you could tell at the register, but the food was still good.
Last Jack in the Box I will go to. This location just isn't great. Yes, they are relatively fast, but lack on actually getting the order right. Plus for some reason. They always ask for the pin number to my card. Which honestly makes me feel unsafe. Ordered a new card ASAP.
What to say that hasn't already been said on this location. Unbelievably slow, understaffed, rude service, cold food, employees playing around late night during a 55 min wait in line, and an incorrect order. Not sure how this location is considered a functional business. Computers go down constantly...how is corporate not seeing these issues? Can't believe discounts or some compensation isn't given for how unsatisfactory a so called fast food location is scamming customers?
Another restaurant selling online and letting people drive across town and wait for food they don't have. I'm gonna start collecting names of all the other drivers going through the same thing and see what legal action we can take.Update: response to owner:Not doing your survey and wasting even more of my time. My recommendation is simple. Stop accepting orders online when you are closed or out of food!
It took us 15 minutes just to order a burger and fries. We were told they were short handed. Then why wasn't the indoor seating not closed to redirect staff to all drive-through?

This is the first time I have had something like this happen to me, I order food, they were out of normal taco but had minis I was completely fine with that, but my burger had mold on it. I had no clue it had mold until after I bit into it. I felt so disgusted by this, not eating jack in the box for a long while now.
