The place is ok but the food was good. Server was great, did not get his name tho. Coffee lady attentive with a smile. The thing is...I have no business eating that late, smdh!!! Also the young and uncouth college types with little regard for their surroundings. Although there were plenty of decent folks in there. Business is business I guess...
Our waitress, Felicia, was a wonderful and professional server. She was attentive and made sure my 3 year old daughter had an abundance of Crayons and interacted with her at every table visit. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does and her table side manner is one you would find in an upscale establishment. Food was hot, fresh and correct. The only improvement I would advise, and this is for management, please clean the window ledges after each table leaves. It's at eye level and you can't help but look and see all the wonderful things that have gathered on them. Nothing major, just advice coming from someone who has had Custumer complaints in the past at my own establishments. But good job you guys, keep it up. And kudos to Felicia!
Got in late from traveling all day from Carlsbad, NM.... It was midnight when my family of 5 arrived at IHOP. There was a little bit of a wait but not too bad. We were told there was one server and one cook with 15 to go orders ahead of us.... ? While others left to eat at Denny's instead.... We stuck it out. April was our server and although she had alot to manage in the dining room, she worked hard at getting our order and juggling all her responsibilities. Perhaps more severs needed to be on hand tonight, but I still commend Ms April for all she did to still remain pleasant and serve our food as quickly as possible. We all ordered breakfast and our food was hot and delicious for our hungry crew. Thank you IHOP for being open 24hrs!
I went around 1am, and the waitress I had was amazing. I believe her name was Jazlynn. She was so helpful in helping me choose something to eat, and she happily answered my questions. She was on top of serving my friends and me. This surprised me because it was so early. She was so so kind, and I really enjoyed my experience!!The New York cheesecake pancakes were so good!! The chicken was just okay (reason for 4 stars vs 5).Thank you Jazlynn!

Waitress kept disappearing to the bathroom or outside. The few times she did come and check on us her phone was going crazy in her pocket.She had a full booth of people come in and completely ignored them.The food was great, but because of the service, I won't return.
We ordered T-bone steak and eggs. That was the most pathetic piece of meat I’ve ever had. I would never eat there again. But our waitress was nice.
Food was very greasy.. the grease in the fryer has definitely not been changed lately as it was all covered in black sediment from previous burnt food.. the chicken strips my son got were beyond done . The hash browns I ordered were rock hard you could only try and scrape some out of the middle of them but it was still to hard.. The waitress was amazing and did a great job but the cooks should definitely clean up their kitchen and cooking..
Always have a decent service they could stand to learn their menu a little better….the food was excellent as always. The price was ridiculously high. I had a sampler with French toast and it cost me $32.
