wow! Just wow! We wanted to try something different and boy were we disappointed! Ordered a pitcher a beer took forever and was FLAT! told the waitress, when she brought our ticket she said she took it off. when I pointed out it was still on there SHE pointed out she took off the pitcher but still charged us for 2 since we poured them!! WTF! will never go back and will make sure no one I knows gets ripped off either!
Slow service… we live near and walked… we were seated for 30 minutes and were never approached by a waitress or hostess. We were leaving and the hostess said have a good night….. they never knew we were there…. In the parking lot, there was a man either dealing drugs or performing “favors” at the back …. Very sketchy parking lot, next to a lizard lot truck stop.
Staff was great and food was awesome
very disappointed with this place they don't bring my drink and they forget about my plate they bring my food when everybody in the table finish eating and 3 min later the lady bring the check
Went to Hooters last night there was a group of four of us, I have to say that I was completely disappointed. We had to look at the menu on our phones, which I really didn't care for, we ordered our food. Three of us got our food at the same time and it took almost 30 minutes for one person to get the meal they ordered. The waitress made little jokes about it being later than the rest, we did not find it amusing. They were not busy at all, I am not sure what the problem was but she made made no attempt to even apologize but just tried to laugh it off. For the cost of the meal I would expect better service.
The only reason this isn't 1 star is because the waitress was genuinely nice but good lord. One hour and 30 minutes for the food. In fact we had to wait 30 minutes until we could even place our order. I think they have 1 cook and it showed. Too bad but hard pass from now on.
Food quality well below past experiences. Service was fair.Have not been in quite a while before this trip. Remember it as much better.
Girls are gorgeous but service is slow
Went there on Sunday, Feb 6, 2022 at 10:07pm. The hours online and on the door stated that the restaurant closed at 11pm. We stood at the hostess station for over 10 minutes while employees and ignored us. I went to the bar and asked if we could be seated. The employee stated that are no longer seating guests, and they are closed. Who stops seating guests 50 minutes before their closing time? The employees there lack respect, courtesy and customer service skills.
Had some breaded wings and the naked wings both in 3 mile High sauce. Suppose to be the hottest but it is very delicious and not too hot. I prefered the breaded wings over the naked. Get the bone in. Curly fries go great with these wings and blue cheese.
