I work at Southern Careers Institute and we had a "Feed the Students Campaign" today and Hillard catered it was wonderful would definitely use them again the potato salad tasted just like homemade does and the chicken was so tender that it fell off the bone. Southern Careers Institute used Hillard BBQ as a caterer for our Thanksgiving Feed the Students Campaign this year and boyyyyyy was it fantastic! The smell alone had all of us buzzing around the table hoping there would be left overs after ensuring the students were filled up…once we got a taste of that Potato Salad and the meats, it was all over. We made sure nothing was left! So delicious, professional, and affordable, huge fan!!!
