Enjoyed the shrimp cooked in garlic and butter with white rice and zucchini. Waitress was wonderful when I asked her about gluten free and whether the dish or dessert had flour in it or not. Also tried the caramel flan, very good! Chips were good too - Not warm but still good. The jamaica juice drink was great also. Definitely a great experience!

We have heard good things so we walked in the back door. No hostess but was told to go to the front and see hostess, Luis told us, who was very busy. But Luis is the MAN! Everything he recommended was good. The words came out of my mouth tonight "this is the best Mexican food I've eaten in my life"! Luis was taking care of a party of 28 and still took care of us. If I lived here I would eat here daily just to hang out with our awesome server! Can't wait to come back.

The mezcal and tequila selection here is great, and we got a fantastic bartender. Asked if she would do a skinny strawberry jalapeño mezcalita, and she killed it.The mountain of fresh fruit was very encouraging, and I love how they incorporate it in the cocktails. We tried the shrimp and it really hit the spot, but the chips and salsa were not up to par. All 6 margaritas/mezcalitas we had were great, most notably the one made with Clase Azul Durango Mezcal.Note to the owners that your cocktails and spirits are not listed on the restaurant website, which is a shame given that it was the highlight of our experience and what made the place unique.

We decided to go to that place in the last minute and it was really good. The staff was amazing, everyone spoke Spanish so it was great for us too.The food was so fresh and the margaritas were amazing. Maybe the totopos that they offer you with sauce weren't good enough but a part from that I really encourage you go there.

I was excited to go as I had not been there in quite a while. Went in and tried to order a drink at the bar so I could speak with the bartender for a recommendation. He would not speak with me and directed me to a hostess. Immediately was seated and served chips and salsa, Had to request a menu. While looking at he menu a small boy walked by and started pointing to my foot and a large roach right beside it. Luckily it didn't get on me. Our waitress reseated us (high chairs) so that another roach wouldn't get on my feet. I ordered a mojito, It came out with red particles floating in it. (The glass had not been washed completely. The waitress tried to explain it away. I asked for another in a clean glass. Then a female at the bar started speaking with profanity. F this and F that. The bartender ignored her rather than remind her that his was a family restaurant and not just some bar to be trashy in. That was the last straw. My husband and I walked out. Will NEVER return. Don't go!!!!

Don’t know when the last time was that I had such a bad experience at a Mexican food restaurant. We went here to try something different. I don’t know where the other reviews are coming from if they had the same food as we did. We ordered Fajitas, mixed chicken, and beef, and Chimichanga. My wife asked that the gravy be put onto the side. They brought out a burrito with cheese sauce on it and the gravy on the side. This was a tough and leathery burrito that WAS NOT fried, which is what a Chimichanga is. She brough this up to the manager when he came over to ask about our meal. He said he would give her another one and she declined. He just seemed more embarrassed that she brough this up than wanting to fix it. My “Fajitas” had to be as bad as I have ever had. The chicken was so dry that I could not eat it, this is not an exaggeration, it was like eating that cheap canned chicken breast from the store. The beef was over cooked and did not have any charr on it. This was like a meal that was served to someone else and was sent back then they put it in the freezer and only reheated it and give to us. The waitress when she brought out the meal just plopped it down and left. I knew the Fajitas should be hot but it was only warm. We were just not happy. The rice was NOT Mexican rice, it was just white rice with some type of tasteless spice and green peas. I did not call the manager over for this, after about 10 minutes we asked for the check and left. I love Fajitas, I could have even excused it if the beef was tough but tasted good. It’s hard to mess up chicken like this. But they succeeded. The manager did comp my wife’s meal, I did not ask about mine, I did not want to be that guy who turns into a ‘Karen’ about everything. We even gave a decent tip hoping that the waitress was just new or in-between shifts. This was a birthday occasion; I don’t know if we will ever be back.

The food here was delicious! The restaurant was busy but we didn't have to wait long to be seated or get our food and the server was good at checking in with us frequently. The horchata was perfect. We ordered the Carne Asada (very juicy) and Che's Tacos (pork carnitas tacos). Both came with rice and black beans which were good enough to eat as a meal on their own. The only thing we paused long enough to take a picture of was the fried ice cream (honestly not my favorite but the whipped cream was delicious).

Omar was wonderful and hilarious through our whole meal. The margaritas were wonderful! Can't give 5 stars because unfortunately after we were seated, it felt like they immediately forgot about us and so we waited over 10 minutes for a server. Once he knew we were there though, we felt like his number 1 priority even though we were really only there for a quick snack and margaritas.

This place was recommended from one of our guides at Brazos Bluffs Ranch. So glad we came! We loved it. Our waitress/hostess was great!

Great solid Tex Mex meal. Super tender fajitas, great queso and even better service! Really reasonable pricing for dinner considering proximity to Silos.
