We judge every breakfast place by grits and corn beef hash (if they have em) they nailed it and staff was friendly and very available with coffee refills and clearing the table so we could talk without the mess. The spoon stood up in the grits and this was the crispiest corn beef hash I have EVER had awesomeness!! True Waco gem! We will be back… soon VERY SOON!
The place makes you feel like you're at home best food best coffee etc that i've had in a long time i love this little cafe and i will go back often as i can and i will recommend this place to everyone that i see family and friends so go by harold white's pancake and steakhouse cafe you will be glad that you did stop by and get you some food it's like your mom and grandma used to make food
Ordered Steak and eggs with pancakes. Steak cooked perfectly medium rare. Eggs also perfectly over medium. My son had beautiful sunny side up eggs. Excellent coffee. Just plain great. My meal was 13.99 for steak eggs hash browns and 3 pancakes.Only problem is this place is breakfast only. Closes at noon.

My husband ordered for pick up this morning. He was greeted and served quickly. The omelets were GREAT loaded with bacon but the pancakes were not it.
I don't understand the 5* ratings! We ate here at breakfast and every item on our plates was cold and greasy. The elder man at the front (the owner, I was told), was extremely rude. The inside is old, rundown and dirty. We will never go back.

Simple and delicious American food. They also have the best crepes and blueberry pancakes I've ever eaten. The employees are very nice.
We were not greeted after entering and eventually seated ourselves. Food was out very quickly, omelets were average and pancakes tasted like they were the same as McDonald's. Uneventful, filled our stomachs.
Reminds me a Senior Center and place could really use a good cleaning and organizing. However, I enjoyed my coffee and food and the waitress was pleasant.
