I'm sure this place was great back in the day. Just seems very run down now. Young people need training on dealing with customers especially new ones like myself. I didn't know that the drink comes with the burger and it wasn't displayed on the menu board. Doesn't make sense to give a table number for when you purchase a milkshake but still have to get up for your actual meal. They bring you the shake but not the meal. You have to listen for your name to be called which seems like a headache if it's crowded inside. The meal was just okay. Nothing very special to brag about. Milkshake ironically didn't seem cold enough. ? Other than all of these things, I'm sure we probably won't be back anytime soon. More like an afterthought burger spot. ?

2.5 stars. Returning to Waco after a 27 year absence, last night a Monday night. About 10-12 tables were occupied. This Fuddruckers was the one I knew from 27 to 32 years ago when it opened. We walked in about 20 minutes before closing since a lot of places close at 8 PM. I thought they would’ve rushed our order. No, it was about 25-30 minutes wait, and the burger and fries were lukewarm. My burger was medium and cool.It was a disappointment for $53 and change, even though the food was tasty. My nephew and his girlfriend had diarrhea later last night. My son and I did not. Please check that your delfields/produce stations are chilled to the correct temperature. I am not sure I will return with my husband.

An honest to God real Fuddruckers! This one reminds me a lot of the one I grew up with on Wurzbach in San Antonio. Old school and every bit as good as that implies. Travel plans brought me to Waco for the weekend and finding a still operating Fuddruckers had proven a treat.

Food has a good taste, but the grilled chicken sandwich was tiny. They also got my wife’s order wrong, and when it was brought to their attention, we got eye rolls. Asked for a manager, but turns out the lady rolling her eyes IS the manager (Shia). She said they don’t cut the chicken, they just cook what they get. (?) Bad attitudes by the staff will make us hesitate to come back.

I have always loved Fuddruckers' burgers but have had some bad experiences in the past. While against my better judgement, I decided to try one more time. Even though the wait was a little long it was well worth it. Food was hot and delicious and Kim's attitude in the hustle and bustle for it being busy still put a smile on my face. I will be come back more often with service like that.

It's been over two years since I've had Fuddruckers. I finally found one open in Waco. I ordered The Hangover burger. It was delicious just like how I remembered.

The staff was friendly and the area with all of the fixings and condiments was clean. Each patron received their own set of tongs for fixing their food and a bucket at the end of line collected used tongs. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. My bun seemed old, and the flavor of my burger was slightly "off". My fries and cookie were good. The melted cheese was completely liquified and difficult to use/eat.

Cold, undercooked hamburgers. Cold buns. Ordered 2 shakes to go with the meals and after asking / reminding them, they brought them out as we were leaving. Tables with dirty dishes on them yet 4 staff hanging around the cookie counter. The picture of the raw meat is their idea of medium rare. Looks like the owners and staff have just given up.

Fuddruckers-Waco needs a thorough cleaning. Not a clean table which required patrons to wipe down themselves. It's obvious everything needed cleaning. Food quality was tasty and portion was plentiful. I'm glad I couldn't see the kitchen.

I ordered a Bacon Burger and got it cooked medium like i always do this burger was literally raw on the inside i go ask if there is anything they can do the lady said thats how our medium is Is cooked seared on both sides then just stood there. Dont go to the Waco location its terrible
