Don’t let the outside fool you. I thought about not going in but I am glad I did. It is like stepping into South Louisiana right here in Texas. The people are friendly and the Cajun Food is great. We had the shrimp poor-boys and the boudin balls and they were cooked to perfection. We will return any time we are in Waco.
By far the best genuine Cajun seafood place in Waco and beyond. Great hospitality and great food. We felt so welcomed! There is no doubt that we will visit often. Definitely a hidden gem right here in Waco.

We tried Fridays for the first time this past weekend. It was amazing! The lady taking our order and serving food was so super sweet and even gave us some samples to try!We will definitely be coming back & would hands down recommend Fridays to anyone looking for great sea food, boils..... that southern style Cajun food!!
Always great service and amazing food! Only problem I have is that there's so many great options to choose from and they all taste so good and i can only eat so much in on sitting haha. This is my go to place when I have guests over wanting great food!
Hands down one of the best Cajun seafood places I've been to with the hospitality at its top the lady had welcomed me with open arms and had treated me with respect and love I would recommend this place for any family that has kids or for a date night or if you just want to get out and have some great Cajun food home cooked food hands down best I've had in Waco
Very very good food with hospitality that is absolutely over the top, you feel right at home instantly. We were traveling trough and saw it pop up on our maps and we of course like seafood. It was like God was leading the way to some great food but also some great people. It was cold outside and instantly Stacy asked if we had been there before and then said you have to try a sample of my gumbo and Etouffee, oh my word I was in love instantly. I had the Atchafalaya and is was spectacular, oh my word. We are from Kansas and when I saw she has Coubion on Fridays I was ready to reschedule my trip to be there. I love the atmosphere, the positive energy, sand great food! I had never heard of coubion and was given a sample. It was delicious! They have a great menu with lots of good choices. I will be a regular!
