Time for my big burrito fix. I love Freebirds. The staff is friendly. The burrito is huge! The food tastes good. I just have a few complaints that would change my 4 stars to a five. I have this wonderful, hand-built burrito to unwrap. I take a bite, and it’s cold. I like my food at least warm. Maybe the guacamole and sour cream on the side would help, but I had the urge to take it home and nuke it in the microwave. Found a $2 extra charge for what, I do not know. Then, add jalapeños to the choices of condiments. If those changes were made, I could easily give 5 stars.
Their goal is to be the best burrito in Texas. I think that they may have achieved that. The staff is helpful in getting you the correct menu item/size. I personally love their new lemon cookie
I ordered on line. The food was ready when I arrived I was in and out fast.The food was ok I expected better but maybe it was my combination that I placed on my burrito. Will give it another try soon.
Just ate at this restaurant and the employees were very nice although the food was cold the guac tasted funny. It wasn’t pleasant to eat and then I pulled out a hair in my burrito and I couldn’t eat that anymore. Don’t go to this restaurant unless your starving it’s gross!! ??? I ended up at McDonalds can’t go wrong with a MCchiken
I can't complain about my experience here. Location was clean, I was greeted as I came in, and my brisket nachos were good. Not a spot I would go to often but my experience was good.
Your definitely getting your money's worth! You can spend the same amount at Chipotle and get a filling meal.. yes, But its bland and with limited options. With Freebirds you have more to work with and the flavor is on point!
No photos to share. I had the taco bowl with seasoned chicken, Spanish rice, con caso, refried beans, grilled onions and topped with cilantro. It was very good and satisfying. Definitely will return.
We've been patrons of Freebirds several times and they are usually good. Honestly, hard to have mess ups when you watch them work. I will say, the workers tend to have a bit of side conversation while working and oft times don't realize how well the customer might hear them. Content of the conversations varies greatly, but lewd comments about customers should absolutely be quashed.
Curtis is unprofessional using a cup I’m front of customers to scoop and eat rice in front of everyone. Their staff were all playing around not providing service. Do not recommend chipotle is a better taste
