Freddy’s is one of the few places in town that makes a real patty melt! If it’s not on rye bread with Swiss cheese and fried onions etc. it’s not a true patty melt. The competitor across the street from Freddy’s commits sacrilege or heresy every time the idiots make what they call a patty melt - on Texas toast with American cheese! Their place is going to fall down if they’re not careful lol!
Ordered deserts for my family and I last night. I don't know what the hell was going on,but my regular size brownie sundae had like one scoop of ice cream in it. As did the others. It looked like a 3 yr old made them.Should have went to Dairy Queen.
First of all my fish sandwich did not look appetizing at all! It was $8. I was also pulling little white strings from my mouth after taking a bite. I don't mind paying for a good sandwich but this was NOT good. The presentation, the cost for just the sandwich and the strange texture. Maybe it was over or under cooked.I don't know but I will never order it again. I would love my $8 back!??
How many times does a person have to repeat their order and yet you still forget part of it? This place is getting worse and worse about just not putting things that you pay for in the bag!!! This has happened twice now!! I keep trying to give this place a chance because i really like the food but the service is not so great ??????
This is my favorite place to go for a steak burger. My husband and I like the California burger. He gets a triple and I get the regular. We both get full and love the fries and fry sauce.
Honestly a great place to get a quick bite. I'm not a big fan of the thin patty but the double patty makes up for it. I do like the texture and how crispy the patties are and the fries are soooo good (though pretty thin). The ice cream is super sweet so good spot if you got a sweet tooth.
Usually love coming here , but the management need to do something different. Today was frustrating , so after pulling in the drive through and almost hitting the guy who came out of the dumpster cage with his head down not paying attention I had to repeat myself four times to get my order , once at window wait was longer than expected as there were a group of employees talking and laughing , after I was served I checked my bag and do not get fry sauce and before I could turn around the lady a register was running off with another girl to the back room dancing and as I was waiting I honked my horn at the other group of 3 employees talking to see if they would come to window . They didnt they just looked at me and continued to talk . About 5 minutes later the lady and her co worker both returned to the window laughing and half way sprinting . And then looked at me like i was stupid for asking for fry sauce . Usually come here 2-4 times a month and not sure if I will come back .
I've come to expect a certain fast food experience; missing sauces, forgotten sides, improperly topped items, etc. My Freddy's experience, after their initial opening stumbles, has been 100% accuracy. Freddy's sets the bar in that respect. The young on my burger were all there, but they were very center-loaded, leaving the outside bit of the burger without any. The employees with whom I spoke and interacted were friendly and made my drive through experience pleasant. Keep up the fantastic work Freddy's!
Freddy's on Hewitt drive was great, service were patient and helpful with us and hamburgers were top of charts. Place was clean and easy access. Great Atmosphere.
The best burgers in town and the fries are always fresh and lightly seasoned. Fast food dining at its best. The staff are excellent and friendly. You can't help but eat the burgers and fries fast because they are so delicious.
