they steak sub need be Lil better like steak sauce that goes on steak sub like kind you get from up north. and make it with mozzarella or pepper jack
I have never been to Firehouse Subs but I ran into Jeremiah at another restaurant where he was in uniform and represented this company with the most excellent customer service by going the extra mile to assist a mother in need. Because of him I now want to try Firehouse Subs even though it would be a drive out of my way. Jeremiah left a lasting positive impression. If this is how your employees are off the clock I can only image how wonderful it would be to eat at such a great place. Thank you Jeremiah for making my day better! I would normally love this place and actually sit down and eat....Cashier Audrie was rude, loud, and rushing customers to order. I didn't even make it over to look at the menu and she blabbed out what can I get you. I asked her a question about a sandwich size and all she said was small, medium or large which size. Just rude...then I had to listen to the other dude rambling on about school, losing his mom and everything else that shouldn't have been discussed so loudly. Very bad experience today at this location.
I wasn’t in there for more than 10 minutes and I had an amazing experience! I love how clean and loving the environment is. I haven’t tasted my sandwich but I know I’m coming back. ?
Every time my fiancé and I come to this location in Waco, Jeremiah has greeted us wonderfully. He always remembers us and our orders and he is one of the major reasons we continue to come back. This location is filled with the friendliest workers and continues to impress us. Thank you Jeremiah!
It's like gourmet Subway in short terms. Come here for lunch often and I always have a great experience and a full stomach. Manager does a very good job maintaining a clean store and upbeat crew. No complaints.
Low quality meat and ingredients, bland bread that is not baked on-sight, thin and watery chicken dumpling soup. I love business idea supporting local firefighters but I won't ever be eating here again.
Sandwich is fantastic. Made as requested without sauce.The staff is really amazing. Very fun and lively.Jeremiah and the lady at the register were fantastic and brightened my day. The guy who delivered my sub to my table was also friendly.I’ll come back. Will tell friends about the great service.
We get firehouse subs delivered to our building for purchase and the rookie sub is either hit or miss. You’ll get a great sandwich one time and then the next time the ham tastes like straight sugar. I really wish it had the same consistency.
You know, what makes the difference between an OK experience and a great experience? Service. We frequent this Firehouse on Franklin in Waco not only because we enjoy the food but Jeremiah and the crew are always welcoming, friendly and eager to please. If they make a rare mistake, they are always willing to make it right. Just entering the store, being recognized and welcomed by name after just 2 or three visits is just great customer service. Jeremiah and the staff are hard workers and always wiling to please. I never told anyone but when I was out during the terrible winter freeze February 15, 2021, this was one of the only places open to eat and Jeremiah and a very small staff were killing it. It was crazy busy and stressful for the staff. As I recall from our conversation, he worked some extremely long hours when most folks couldn't even get around due to several days of snow and ice. That's dedication and service that's hard to find these days.
