Went in to purchase some food for my daughter and no one was helping at the front. Waited a little bit and then someone came up and said everyone needed to get out of the store immediately. Not sure what was going on but thankful they said something. Still, no one coming to help me or even acknowledge me was very upsetting. Maybe a future visit will be better but honestly not wanting to try again based on the lack of acknowledgement.
Pretty much anytime I'm in town our kids ask to eat here. Our family love Chicken Fettuccine. Food is always good and one of the fastest place we go to.
My boyfriend wanted to eat here as years ago he said it was great NOT SO NOW! Girl taking our order acted as if she wanted to have her teeth pulled rather than take our order. When she brought the order to our table she litterly threw the food on the table, said nothing and started to walk away. I said I'm missing my salad, she walked away and returned and threw the takeout salad onto the table. SERVICE SUCKS! I don't care for pasta so I had ordered the wings which were OK but $7.00 for 5 very small wings is a bit much. I rarely rate anything but I have never been to a more unfriendly place. Needless to say I will not be eating here again. I don't know how they stay in business. Absolutely the worst place I have ever eaten. If I had read some of these reviews I never would have gone.
I didn't have a good experience with curbside pick up. I waited 45 minutes after placing my order. I finally went in to get my food, and the employee acted as if I was incoveniencing her. The food was still delicious though.
Clean restaurant?The food was great too? dine in for two $35. Traditional Wings, Fried Mozzarella balls, with out Skewers,?? Chicken Pesto Rotini, and Ultimate Pasta Sampler. It was a lot of food. We had to bring half of the food home?
I used to absolutely love fazoli's, would go there all the time. Their service is terrible bunch of young kids working, that just want to stand around an chat and be in their phones. Ordered 2 lasagna's 2 drinks and 6 bread sticks with our meal. Upon bringing the order they didn't bring bread sticks. Had to wait for them. Now why wouldn't a person bring those along with the meal. Because they weren't listening when we ordered. The restaurant was nasty, and food was ok. Definitely won't be back!
Their drink machines always seems to be out of order and it's worse every time we go. One thing I noticed at this location is the lights that hang above the tables are never centered quite properly so sometimes when I sit in a booth the light is practically on my head like a hat. ?
Gotta love that Tuesday/Thursday special! Fettuccine Alfredo was delicious and I always enjoy the breadsticks. Wings were too spicy for me to try but my husband and kids loved them! Next time I'll order chicken on my pasta so it breaks up smooth noodle/sauce texture. Tea is delicious and this location has plenty of room to dine.
Unfortunately, this was not a great experience for us. We normally love Fazoli’s but this location was not well organized. The staff were very confused and disorganized. They seemed short staffed and overwhelmed by the volume of drive through and online orders which caused them to neglect the dine in customers. After placing our order, we waited close to 20 minutes and realized many tables after us had already received their food. After going up to check on the status, it was obvious that they forgot about it. While waiting up at the counter, 3 other guests had to receive refunds for missing/incorrect items on their orders. Once they confirmed my order, I sat back down to wait again. After awhile I had to go up to check again. At first, they thought they were out of lasagna that I ordered but then suddenly found some. After getting 2 of the 4 meals, some of us could start to eat. However we were still missing the two orders of pizza slices. Back up again and they said it was cooking and they bring it out. Another trip up later they gave me one order and said the other last order was on its way. After that order had already been eaten, I went up to get a refund. They still had not even started to cook the last order for us. Each time I went up to check, I was meet with either indifference or pure confusion. The food we did get was good, but not worth the hassle of the experience. I think I’ll stick to the other location nearby.
if i could put no stars i would. we sat for almost an HOUR waiting for food only to find out they had not even started on our order. they also tried to give us one cold item out of 3.there was another family that had been waiting longer than us and they had not started on their order either. do not recommend unless you have several hours to spare.
