I was really looking forward to eating here, but the food turned out to be really bland and I would say the chicken for the chicken parm was frozen chicken patties. The place was old and outdated. The door to the female restroom did not close all the way and toilets seats were old and faded. Giving 3 stars for their prices and the mozzarella skewers and breadsticks. Those were very yummy!!
This place is basically fast food Olive Garden. The pasta is amazing and the bread sticks are unlimited. It's great.
I’ve never left a review in my life. But If you plan on doing drive thu here at Fazoli’s on Waco Dr. make sure you have AT LEAST 35 minutes. This Fazoli’s is close to my house so Ive tried to go maybe 8 times in the last year, because we used to love Fazoli’s. We hardly ever go anymore. I’ve tried to give the benefit of doubt and go again. EVERY SINGLE TIME Im in the drive through for over 35 minutes MINIMUM! Twice I sat for 45 min and ended up leaving. There are only three cars in front of me now and I’ve been here for 28 minutes and counting. I don’t know why I even keep trying. I’ve never been here when it was faster than 35 or 40 minutes
I had just had all my teeth yanked 5 days before coming here. The Alfredo was so good and those breadsticks were sprinkled with crack I swear ??? thanks for my first solid meal in a week
The food was ok, nothing particularly amazing. It kinda reminded me of a more bland Olive Garden. The prices are fine, but we must've caught them on a bad day because the service was pretty slow, and they tried to give us 10 wings instead of 20 but they fixed it- slowly. On the plus side its great for kids if they love pizza and spaghetti!
A friend asked us to pick up some bread sticks.. they were awesome...The staff was very nice and helpful.I will definitely go back to try more and food
Fazoli's is quick, cheap, and always very consistent on quality. I particularly enjoy the trio plate on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It's a lot of food for under $4. I do wish they would spoon a little more sauce on the spaghetti, though. I always have to pay for extra, but that's just my preference. Keep it real, Fazoli's!
I had an extremely long 40 minute wait for my food but the amount of food you get for the price is a lot. It’s just a cheap, reheated, TV dinner fast food italian place. Which is great for some but just know your expectations when you go..
I really like Fazoli's. I wish they had a location in the DFW area. If I am going to be in Waco or passing through I always try to plan on being there around lunch or dinner so I can go to Fazoli's. I had the oven baked classic sampler which had baked spaghetti, baked fettucine alfredo and lasagna. Everything had very good flavor. I think Fazoli's has better pasta dishes than Olive Garden or the average local Italian restaurant. They definitely have the best breadsticks. I don't know if they douse them in butter but whatever they are doing makes them taste amazing. They have great prices and the food is served promptly. The reason they don't get five stars at this location is that you can barely tell they are still in business when you walk in. The place could use a remodel and just a general tidying up and refresh. However, the food was great as always.
The macaroni that I had there that day was amazing it was the first time me and my sister actually ate there we've had their food before and we absolutely loved it but the restaurant in everything like that was generally perfect the breadstick definitely recommend if you're a first-time Trier definitely order the macaroni panko dish it was absolutely delicious
