5 stars for Lela cause she was kind and happy on a hot Texas afternoon! I was an awkward mom that asked if she was wearing sunscreen ha I’m glad she reiterated the size ounce equivalent because seems like every coffee place is different :) coffee is great too
Wife had one in Arizona and fell I. Love with it. Could easily blow Starbucks away if it were up to me. Definitely going to look into what it would take to get one closer.
Disrespect for customers particularly ones with disabilities!! As business owners, your equally responsible for your employees actions and words!! Set your standards higher! Absolutely unacceptable the way your employee treated Ashley!
Unacceptable treatment towards a deaf customer. I loved stopping by for rebels but won’t be returning until this is addressed.
some ways yall can improve? fire everyone involved with the "most difficult customer " thing. and not just oh we handled the situation behind closed doors. no. blast those people. blast them on here so everyone knows what kind of pieces of crap they are.
My husband and I stopped in early morning on Easter morning and had the BEST experience! It was our first time trying Dutch Bros and we will DEFINITELY be returning simple because of the amazing customer service we received. I am so sorry that I cannot remember their names but the two young ladies (one taking orders from the outside and the one in the window) were absolutely amazing!!!! Best service we have had in a very long time! I just wanted to tell everyone how absolutely wonderful they were and the experience!
LOVE their coffee! Wish there were more locations in Waco! If I could I would drink it all the time. It is well worth the money and way better than Starbucks!
Wonderful coffee and the lines go very fast due to the way they take orders. You can also get any of their coffees sugar free and everyone is friendly. Drive through only
Golden Eagle iced coffee with soft top , staff is so friendly and helpful. Love that you can do so many varieties of coffees, teas , frost .
They are so nice there they will always find a way to make us smile :) The coffee is really good and we always get the hot chocolate with extra whip cream and a blended coffee drink*
