Trash! They’re always out of something! Employees don’t show up to work. The managers doesn’t order supply in time. They make customer wait for hours. Just pure trash. Used to be so good now they’re horrible.
Dunkin is a solid choice for a lazy Saturday morning treat. I asked for dark roast; they brewed me a fresh pot while I waited. They had a cornbread donut - something I have wanted to try since reading about it in a Spenser novel years ago. It did not disappoint - a nutty, corn crunch with a delicious sweet glaze, reminiscent of a very sweet hot water cornbread I had. In short: it's Dunkin. What's not to like?
They were out of milk, cones, medium and large cups, smoothies, and only had some icecream flavors out. All we could get were scoops of ice cream in bowls. I'm shocked at how much they were out of!
Went in and ordered a cake there Sunday, picked it up on Tuesday. The lady I ordered from must REALLY hate her job. She was just not into it. The place was empty, we were the only people there and still she looked as if I was bothering her soo much. I wish I would have caught her name. The cake tasted yummy, I will be going back just because the ice cream was good.
I never have had an issues with any Dunkin’ outside of this location on Hewitt Drive. Since opening it has been an absolute disaster and disappointing every time I go there. Their catchphrase is “I’m sorry we don’t have that” and “We didn’t get our order”. They never have the most common things like coffee, donuts and bagels. They never have staff. I went there this weekend to the doors locked and only the drive they open. If you place an online order expect them to not have one or all the things you ordered, they shouldn’t be allowed to even operate under the name if they can’t do basic things like place an accurate order for common things they sell. It is infuriating and I keep thinking “maybe this time they’ll get it right” and every time they mess up worse than before. I am no longer going to go there and I will warn every person I know or who I hear speaking about them that they will also be very disappointed.
They never have the mist popular flavors of Baskin Robbins ice cream! They have terrible customer service and not sure how they stay open! I placed an online order and was called to state I needed to come in for a refund. That’s super inconvenient and two managers I spoke to were disrespectful.
Something has certainly changed over the last couple of weeks at this Hewitt location. It is great now!!!I was about to stop going all together because I go really early in the morning. I was getting so tired of dealing with the attitude in the morning. They acted like they did not want to be there and it was the customers fault they had to wake up early in the morning. And it was a gamble if your order was right. And if it was the coffee tasted horrible.But now the people are pleasant and courteous. And the coffee is amazing again.Thank you for making the changes!!
At Baskin Robbins in Hewitt Texas to get ice cream. Didn't have very many selections and a lot of the canisters were empty. What we got was good. The two ladies that waited on us for nice. The selection just wasn't available there.
Great experience! The staff is super friendly and helpful. We ordered the midnight coffee and it was the bomb.
I had the worst service ever , I went with my family to purchase ice cream and donuts after we are inside the coworker ask if we could go thru the drive thru do to low staff,we get back in the truck order thru drive thru pay for our ice cream then was asked to pull forward after waiting in drive thru for 10 min mind you just 4 one scoop ice cream I told customer I would like to just wait for my ice cream she basically yelled at me and said she didn't have to serve me after she took my money and asked to go thru the drive thru and been waiting for 10 min or more finally after staying at the drive thru window for 15 more minutes finally was reimburse my money unbelievable! Never again will I take my business to dunken donuts at Hewitt TX extremely sad customer
