Old fashioned burgers indeed. This place lives up to its name. If you are looking for a good burger where the patties aren't as thin as paper, this is a good choice. The building has a lot character, but also feels cramped and a bit run down. Not a problem for those who come for the food, but may be an issue for those who expect tidy and kempt.
Stopped in for late lunch while visiting a friend in Waco as part of our roadtrip. Meal hit the spot. Got the R&R, which has ham and an onion ring among other deliciousness. It was amazing and a great burger. Got the tator tots and a "Red Flash" drink to top it off. Definitely will be back and worth the stop whenever one drives through Waco.
The food is so gooood. Try their Philly cheese steak, you won't be disappointed. The hamburgers are amazing too. The staff is always pleasant and personable.
Burgers were made fast and fresh, but I have a problem with all the meat and produce sitting out on a table not in a cooler. It's a burger, could have used more seasoning and fries were not salted at all.
The burgers were good but this place is not very clean. When the cooks wear gloves to prepare the food, they shouldn't be touching other things and not putting on new gloves. Kinda gross. Place needs a good cleaning.

This is our go to burger place. Today we order burgers and fries to go. Wanted the fries extra crispy. The burger were great as usual but the fries…well they were cold, not crispy and just plain awful. So disappointed. Hubby usually gets their picks or onion rings. They didn’t have either one. Said couldn’t get from supplier. If that’s so then should have done a great job on what you could get. Just saying

The burgers are good. The dine-in experience isn't great as there is very limited seating and rather claustrophobic. Nice people working and am efficient line to get food out. Parking is atrocious though.
