EVERY time I order from this dominos my order gets lost somehow. How can a “quality” check take 30 minutes??????
On hold for 10 min finally hung up and called back the girl was rude that answered.. All the other times I've called and asked for delivery specials they have given them to me, but her response is we don't have any with a attitude.

This place has messed up my pizza order multiple times. I tried giving them more chances; but I’m just gonna order from the pizza place across the street.
First time I order from this location and never again. Got my order wrong + Zach the manager is very rude and doesn’t seem to know anything about customer service.
They have battled through alot and are making great progress. Keep up the good work to the manager and line people keep up the grind.
Charged me full price for pizza that was late and cold. Called the store and talked to 2 rude workers that basically told me to deal with it
Worst place I. China Spring! I have waited over an hour and 10 minutes! You are either on hold for eternity or line is busy! I understand stand being short handed as I used to run a pizza place also but dang answer your phone! It’s now been busy for 45 minutes! Marcos got my business!
This is the worst Domino's in history!!!! Takes 2 to 3 hours to get a pizza, phones don't work most of the time ... And this is not the only time I've had this happen 3 TIMES over the past year. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I ORDER HERE ... IF I WAS ON A DESERTED ISLAND WITH NO FOOD I WOULD NOT CALL THEM AGAIN. Called another pizza place (I called them) and got that pizza before Dominos delivered the pizza that was called in 2 hours before. YOU WOULD THINK THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A DISCOUNT FOR BEING 2 HOURS LATE BUT NO YOU HAVE TO THANK GOD YOU GOT IT AT ALL. I told the driver I did not want it and would like a refund. Do yourself a favor don't order from here, just a warning because it's going to take a hour or more. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER HERE. THANKS BUT NO THANKS
Everything was good, just took longer to prepare than estimated.. No big deal.. It was fresh out of the oven!
