If you order any of the baked chicken, it's going to come nearly burnt. Also, it takes an act of congress to get them to give you a fork with your salad. Conveniently located next to a gas station where you can get whatever soda this store happens to be out of (seems like all of them)
Order never arrived but shows delivered. No one answers at This location awful never again and I’ll dispute the charge
Ordered online and it said delivery time is 26minutes, lady called me back said it would be 2 1/2hours on a Monday!! Wow!! This is the 3rd time!! No longer will I go to Domino’s!! Lost my business!!
NEVER order delivery from this location!!! It takes >2hrs without fail, and they only ever have bottles of Fanta so don’t bother ordering any other drink either. It’s been like this all 4 years I’ve been at Baylor.
I went to pick up a carryout order at this location tonight (Saturday). Let me just say, the crew at this store is putting in WORK. Watching them pump out orders was wild, and they all stayed positive and friendly through the whole process. I'm seriously impressed by both the management and team members at this location.
Called and was on hold for 45 min so I ordered online. Part of my order was missing …. Tried to call 3 more times each time I was on hold 30/45 minutes. The last time I held for 45 min and the call was disconnected. Will NEVER order dominoes again especially this one
I ordered a $40 order. My order sat on Prep for over an hour, then it was cancelled. A courtesy call would have been nice. I could’ve DoorDashed or Favored some different food. It’s called common courtesy vs being lazy and not wanting to make the order.
The location at Speight has lied too many times. They tell you that they tried to call, but there's no missed call from them. If you don't have drivers for delivery then turn off the delivery options. My order was stuck in the prep stage for over an hour.. When I called, I was hung up on. I called back a little bit later and I was immediately put on hold for over 20 minutes and when I finally got someone it was more lies. Don't trust this location to do anything to help fix their own problems.
I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs. Ordered pizza 2 hours ago and they never showed up, wouldn’t answer the phone. Then they just cancelled my order!Literally worst service on the planet, avoid!
The service was terrible! I ordered online and chose the curbside option for convenience. To my disappointment I sat with my hazard lights on for 30 minutes as and no one came out with my order. I called the store and watched as employees ignored the phone. Finally I got out and went in. I let them know my order was supposed to be curbside and they handed me my order with no apology. I will never order again.
