I would have given 5 stars for Jelisa’s top notch customer service but Kisha had such poor customer service I would have given zero stars if I were only rating Kisha. Kisha was rude and didn’t want to give me a cup holder. She told the other worker I should have requested it at the speaker and handed me two of the sundaes I ordered. Since I was buying 5 ice creams and I was the only person in the car, I told her I needed it in the cup holder and I didn’t reach for the ice creams. She got mad and practically threw the sundaes and plastic spoons on the counter next to her. Another worker came with the cup holder and then Jalisa quickly got the 2 sundaes and two dip ice creams (she put the dip ice creams in cups for me) and put them in the cup holder. She got me new clean spoons and napkins. She was very polite and responsible. She demonstrated excellent customer service during a heated moment and diffused the situation and still made it a good experience. I got all the ice creams I wanted in a safe container and Dairy Queen got a good sale. If it weren’t for Jalisa, I would not have bought the ice creams and I would not have returned to this dairy Queen. If I were the owner of this Dairy Queen I would definitely want to know what is going on and make changes needed to provide the best possible service.
Ordered a peanut buster parfait tonight and looked at it when he handed it to me so I figured they are cutting back on toppings due to everything going on. I get home and basically he served me a large chocolate sundae smh with a little spoon. Lesson learned I should of went to the Hewitt location as always I figured let me stop here since I was close by
What can I say it's DQ my wife got the Hunger Buster I got the chicken strip basket and it was delicious as always. The employees very friendly, The restaurant was clean. I highly recommend eating here.
Service could have been better. The hubby's hamburger was cold.. He said it would have been good if it was hot. My chicken strips were good even though I had trouble with the order. They did Make it right. The customer after me handed the cashier a wad of money to pay for his food. As she was counting it she dropped a dollar on the floor by the cash register. I told her that she he had dropped a dollar and she insisted it belonged in her cash register. So this elderly gentleman just got screwed out of a dollar. My husband told me to my my own business. Would not go back there for any reason
Haven’t been to DQ in years. Took my daughter for a celebratory blizzard for making a perfect score on her benchmark exam. Blizzards were delicious and extra chunky. They did not skip on the fillings which my kids love. Yum !
Don't come to the drive thru here unless you don't mind killing 20 minutes...no matter what time of day you come. & they fill the blizzards like 3/4 of the way full.
The people was rude. Service sucked. The food was hot n fresh. Could use more friendly workers. We go to get food because our lives are busy and it's a fast food place. We don't need lip or drama from the employees.
Great service super clean store friendly employees food was fast and accurate my server Vanessa was awesome helped my grandson pick his ice cream. Will always go back to this store.
Dairy Queen great option food is fresh and the staff bust their tales getting your food to in a reasonable amount of time.
The water was shut off, all of it, for fountain drinks and bathroom. Couldn't wash hands. Staff is friendly but the place, though mostly clean, it just seems impossibly odd for a restaurant to have its water shut off. The fountain lemonade dispenser just dispensed syrup.
