Cookies are very big and thick. One will do!
I love coming by to pick up a box of 4 cookies for the weekly changing flavors after shopping at the marketplace! It's a great way to finish off the day and have the kids excited to get home. The cookie cutter isn't a necessary purchase, but it's super cute and convenient to cut the cookie into perfect slices for everyone! :)
I really enjoyed the variety of cookies until I took my box of cookies home and found a hair under one of my cookies. I’m not surprised after seeing the employees making cookies and then going directly to help a customer without changing their gloves. The employee placed the customer’s order with cookie dough all over their gloves and the cookie dough got all over the order screen. I recommend hair nets and consistently changing gloves. Very Unsanitary!
My best friend and I were hanging out at her place when she walked over and insisted I try some of these cookies she bought…..10 minutes later I was pulling into the parking lot! (It would have been 5 but I of course downloaded their app and it’s one of the best I’ve seen/used ) I love everything about this place! I already can’t wait to go back! :)
Since having covid, I HATE oranges, but their orange creamsicle cookie I tried was so good, that it didn't even matter that it was orange! I've ordered every week to try their new cookie menu for 2 weeks now, and this week will be the 3rd! So delicious! ?
Cookies are made fresh. You can only eat one because they're thick and dense. Always get one that's served warm with some ice cold milk.
Customer service is rude my second time going in for a pick up order and I’m totally ignored. 1st time I just told myself they were busy although I was waiting at the pick up counter with no type of greeting. 2nd time I went it I was the only one and they were all standing in the kitchen I went straight to pick up counter again and once again they all looked at me and continued on with their conversation. I had to ask if one of them can come and help me with my pick up order. But what annoyed me the most someone they knew came in after me and they were greeted with smiles and everything I guess they pick and choose who they give good customer service too

I’ve been about 3 times now, cookies are always delicious and I love that they let you look before boxing. My favorite are the warm served but I love the classic pink.
Every cookie is mouth watering and i just love how there are new flavors weekly. Im addicted! The people are great and always have wonderful customer service!
