Cici pizza restaurant employees are nice and friendly with customers,,their pizza is good food,,I really like the Hawaii pizza and supreme and veggie lovers pizza and cinnamon rolls and their sweet tea and their salad, the lettuce and vegetables are nice and fresh and their buffet never stays full, Cici pizza is always packed full of customers and if you work there their managers are very caring and respectful and helpful and understanding, they send you home with pizza and make sure you don’t go home hungry.
It was very nice. The staff was very polite. I asked for a half of personal Pizza with Canadian Bacon, they gave me Ham and Bacon Bits. Wasn't really what I wanted but I ate it anyway. Other than that it was a very positive experience.
Staff is very friendly, just wish they had more variety. Last time the choices were pepperoni, pepperoni, pepperoni and jalapenos, spinach, and ham.3 pepperoni pizza, a vegetarian pizza and the most boring meat on a pizza, ham lolI get y'all have to make cheapest pizzas possible but come on to make money, but come on, bring back the taco pizza, bring back the macaroni pizza (you already go the pasta sitting right there), bring back the strawberry and chocolate dessert pizzas from the 90s
Placed an online order yesterday for 2 giant's, 2 orders of cinnamon rolls, and cheese sticks; 50 dollars on literally garbage.While checking at the store I couldn't even tell the BBQ was a BBQ pizza. The chicken was literally on 4 slices and just thrown on like an after thought. I had to ask the girl, at the counter "which pizza is this" she just stood there and said nothing, while the manager responded to me, it was BBQ.He was quick to say it was BBQ, to shut me up for asking, as if I didn't have the right, but didn't even acknowledge the fact that there is absolutely no chicken on majority of these slices??I got one order of burnt cinnamon rolls smothered in icing, i'm sure to make up for the fact that they were burnt which didn't help, an order of cinnamon rolls where the icing was non-existent. The cheese-sticks we ordered were mostly dry bread sticks with cheese on half.Hopefully you do better for your remaining customers, butI won't be wasting my time or money here ever again.
This place is great!I'm here at least once a week, if not more often.The new owners have really fixed this place up!Better quality food. A friendlier and more helpful staff. The place is clean and organized. There's always several hot pizzas ready to eat on the buffet and I try my best to eliminate them as fast as I can! The salad bar is fresh and fully stocked.The management always recognizes me and remembers my preferences! They treat you like a friend and they operate the business like a real restaurant should and not as a punishment or penalty. The staff members are happy and are always working to make your experience better!If you've been there, recently, you know I'm right.If you haven't been in a while; give it another look...you will be impressed and will leave happy, stuffed and satisfied!Good food! Good folks! Good time to go!
Worth the money in my book. You can see the staff preparing the food, which makes this restaurant far superior to my last buffet experience. I got food poisoning at a Chinese buffet, and Cici's seemed like a Five Star meal in comparison. Then again, anything is better than food poisoning. I left Cici's with a happy stomach. They offer a wide variety of toppings, best is probably alfredo. But if you only come for the cinnamon rolls, you get your money's worth. I have have respect for the staff for what they are able to do on a low budget and a crazy environment.
Had fresh pizza made ! This place was not as clean but food was very good! Pizza was delicious.
The pizza was very good, the inside was super clean, the only thing was the cinnamon rolls where burnt, so when I ask one of the employees she ask the manager and he told her to leave them out
The workers here are so friendly and helpful, you can tell they are hardworking. The pizza was hot and fresh even made a specialty pizza request and they nailed it
Some of the pizza was hot but those noodles tasted undercooked and old almost like they had just got them out the fridge. Idk why I expected a whole new cicis.
