Worst experience ever. Was told a new batch of chicken would take 8 minutes. I had to go in the store after waiting more than 30 minutes and that's when it really went downhill. What I got was warm chicken and the order wasn't complete. More to say but not enough time or space. So sad.
Put my food in a box and it was wet so the box fell apart chicken hard out of everything and the potatoes had something red in it and we ordered nothing red
I went here today and I ordered 4 pieces of chicken, they're so good, I didn't forget about the good and sweet honey butter biscuits, they're so good also. Best chicken!
Made this my 10 hour stop and wanted some fried chicken to only find out that they close at 2....due to staffing shortages...I don't blame them but come on how can there be homeless in Waco and Dallas and still staffing shortages at a bunch of places....all I wanted was fried chicken...and I'm reminded of the stolen election....would come again if time allows me
Worst place ever churches how hard is it to remember someone’s order first off they close early and second they can’t remember your order I was just about to leave and I had to back my truck up once again because my order wasn’t right do not stop here if I could give no stars that’s what this place would get
Stores closed at 2pm due to shortages in staff. Please update the hours of operation!!! Very upset we traveled to this particular location as it was closest to the highway on our way back home only to find it was closed when we arrived at 8pm when the hours online say open till 10pm. The Dickeys next sore was good though.
Check your receipt! … not that it’ll do any good. We were charged for an extra drink, and when we brought it to their attention, we were told that, since they don’t have a “bacon chicken sandwich” button, they select “regular chicken sandwich “, and then use the extra “drink” button to make up the difference in cost. But, the difference in cost between the sandwiches is $1.00, and the extra drink cost is $1.79. After pointing that out, Tammy B told us “that’s how our general manager told us to do it.” So … we confirmed … your general manager told you to just overcharge the customers 79¢ for every “bacon chicken sandwich”, which is in your national promotion? She confirmed “that’s what he said”. I know it’s only 79¢, but it’s the attitude behind it. Absolutely no concern for customer service or retention.
Out of all the churches chicken I have visited, this is by far the worst. Chicken literally tastes like nothing, no flavor what so ever. I just walked in there and place is already closed for the day. Signs says open from 11am to 5 pm. ...5pm??? Really? Ridiculous

They open right before lunch. It's 4:15 PM and I tried to order chicken tenders and the lady would not allow this because they are closing soon? She didn't tell me what time they close, just "soon" but online it shows they're open til 10. It makes no sense to put signs on the highway advertising that they have a Church's, but not letting you order at 4:15 p.m. and she was RUDE about it.
