The only reason I even put 1 star is because you have to put something. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a food place! I ordered through GrubHub (my first time using them) & I ordered a 10 piece tender meal with 2 sides (fries & okra), & biscuits & gravy, then I added 2 corn on the cob, a regular coleslaw, 2 jalapenos, & 3 dipping sauces. When my order got here the coleslaw was open & the tenders were covered in the liquid & there was a pool of liquid on top of the box. The biscuits were missing, there was no gravy or dipping sauce, the okra was extremely overcooked & there was only 1 corn. I called to let them know immediately & she pretty much called me a liar & said she packed it herself & everything was in there. I pulled everything out & explained what was missing & what was wrong. She told me to come up to the store & she'd replace the 1 corn on the cob ? I paid almost $40 for mayonnaise soaked tenders, spilled coleslaw, 2 jalapenos, 1 corn on the cob, a small fry, & a small overcooked okra! Idk what's going on but I'll never order from there again or use GrubHub!! It was a total waste of time & money & I'll be going to a supervisor or manager tomorrow!
This place need to be shut down been calling corp on them I order two boxes of chicken got home chicken taste like it was fried and burnt old grease fries was so burnt up call manger she didn’t even do anything or say she was going to talk to the cook or nothing she don’t care nor do the workers I want advise nobody to come to this location my next step is to called the health inspector because something needs to be done smh
I ordered through door dash but they don’t give you the option to choose what kind of chicken you’d like so I asked my dasher to ask for spicy chicken but they told her they had to give me what I ordered through the app when ,again, I didn’t get the option to choose any kind of chicken. I work in fast food chicken so if this happened at our store I would be understanding and give them the option to choose when they got to the store since it’s the fault of the app.
Showed up at 9:30 when the website said closes at 10. Someone was inside sweeping but didn’t have the decency to tell me they were closing early. The car in front of me blew the horn several times to try to get their attention but we were blatantly ignored. Will not be back to this location.
Great service. Great food. Besides the chicken and sides, I love their rolls!
Chicken has be A1 since I was a kid and the biscuits OMG great still great.
Waited in line for 45 min once we finally found a food item they had in stock. Very terrible

Haven't been to Church's in a long, long time, and I don't know why. The best chicken tenders with creamy jalapeño sauce! But most of all, the staff at this location were a delight! I have never experienced such a nice, friendly, and helpful group as these. I think I love them more than the chicken! Y'all gotta go get your chicken from these beautiful people. Great job 19th street Churchs!
