Busy as hell, but they do chicken right! Go early! It might take awhile but it's worth it, nice and hot
Got there at 6:45pm, no lights on in the parking lot, looked closed. One car before me, took 8 minutes to finally give my order. Unprofessional worker on the speaker. Tenders tasted old and lukewarm. Churches has been there too long not to be doing better with customer service especially being the only fast food restaurant in the East Waco area.
Their customer service skills are poor at the East Waco location. They were laughing , being very rude , and being disrespectful to their customers about the issue I was having with them. I am so disappointed and very upset at the employees. I loved me some churches chicken. I been going to church's for years but now my feelings are so hurt behind the whole scenario. I found a spider crawling around inside my church's chicken bag. I smashed the spider with a napkin. After that I was so scared to eat the chicken. I just threw the whole box of chicken away. I'm so angry at the fact that they did not handle my situation correctly. I always spend money with them no matter if it's big or small. I'm very unhappy and dissatisfied with their service especially how they handle that particular experience
Staff was very rude. Cut us off in the middle of ordering then got an attitude. Now boycotting church's Bush's is better anyway.
Not well run. I ordered in the drive thru, I paid, they asked me to move up and I did. It took 25 mins and instead of bringing my paid for food out to me, they hollered out the window to come get my food. And then I found that my order was short. A pitiful visit!
People were so sweet and so kind even though it was like in the middle of the night just super positive energy and super sweet definitely recommend going for the staff and the food was super tasty
Poor location in my opinion and someone was parked facing me in the drive thru that we had to drive around to leave once we picked up our order.
My poor poor boyfriend got sick but our cashier was very nice
I pick up a meal, and I didn't like any of the sides the mashed potatoes, cold slaw taste weird, and it was my favorite place, all we ate that day was the chicken thats why I gave 2 stars only.
very good service was excellent the food at this location is always good
