I hadn't had Church's Chicken in a long time and I felt in the mood, so I decided to try it out. I had the two piece combo, fries.biscuit and a Coke. Chicken was tasty warm and fresh. Biscuit and fries were also good. I was satisfied. Will return. ✅

I would not recommend this place to any, ever. We went through the deive through and was told it would be at least 15 minutes. I understand being under staffed so we decided to order. We had to re order at the pick up window where we paid and was then directed to wait in the parking lot for over 45 minutes. If you are this busy, be honest. We were then directed to go back through the drive through to pick up our food. When the girl gave us our food a woman in the back geound rolled her eyes and said these people are bout to p$## me off. That did it. Im done. I have asked this place before to review thier managment, Now....i will never go back and I will make sure my friends and family follow suit. RUDE, SLOW, DISRESPECTF.
We stopped here after a long trip to Austin and in a hurry to get home to Fort Worth thinking we could quickly eat and get back on the road. But when we ordered 2 2 pc mixed dinners and 1 all white dinner,after 15 minutes of waiting because the cashier Burtram told us the cook had just dropped white meat in fryer we were then told it would be another 15 minutes because he dropped dark meat instead (when they had a whole big tray of dark meat already and no white)! I took tenders and my husband and daughter took all dark meat. The next day I called and let them know what happened. A manager called me back and when I told him we didn't live there he told me he would get with his manager and get us coupons good for Fort Worth. That was 10/29/21. Haven't heard anything since then ! This Church's doesn't care about customer service at all!!!!
I have never 3ver waited almost an hour to be serve my food specially at a fast food place. This place is absolutely ridiculous. I waited more that 30 minutes to be waited on the lady came on the intercom twiece and said ill be right with you. After she took my order she said pull around and we'll bring your order out I have being waiting for almost 30 more min I tes and my food still not here. And i just hope this xhidken is good because that would be the o ly thing that would make this looong wait be worth it.
Great customer service. Food is served quickly. Quality of food is good for the price. Affordable family meal options. Weekday specials available. Drive thru wait time is often less than 5 minutes.
My chicken wasn't fresh Nore did it have no Flavor. As if they just put it in flower and fryed it. It's never tasted like that.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Very rude employees. The woman who answered the phone was very rude to my husband. They gave us dried out jalepeno bombers. As though they have been sitting out all day.
Find the breading turns hard when chicken cools, however when put in refrigerator in zip lock bag the breading moistens. It becomes a lot faster and easier to eat for those with very few teeth.
I had to take it back and I was mad because its usually good at this location
